A normal branch for the local population for various types of banking services. The room is clean and tidy. Cozy. Friendly bank employees, it's nice to come in and handle the case. There are almost no queues. Now a lot of people use Internet banking.

But at the same time, I still had to wait half an hour for my turn, since only one window was working. There is only one information kiosk in the department, which is terribly slow (apparently, it adapts to the surrounding climate of the employees' work), and again, in order to perform a minute operation, you have to spend a lot of time waiting and standing in line. I went there because there is nothing else closer to home, but I think if you go to another department in time you will still win

I have rarely been going to this savings bank for the last 2 years. But then, surprisingly, there was a friendly consultant. She helped me figure out how to pay for the service on my own. The queue for specialists was small. Maybe I was just lucky. The disadvantage is that the office's working hours have been reduced. We used to work from 9-00, and now from 10-00.
Close to the house, staff service is fast and polite, there is an infolarek and an ATM, if someone does not understand something, the consultant explains everything
