Good afternoon. I transferred 20,000 rubles from my Russian card to my wife's card. We were very surprised by the amount received. It turned out that Belarusbank charges a 15% commission for counting my money. The transfer itself from VTB Russian bank to any foreign bank costs 1%, but Belarusbank manages to snatch as much as 15% at the same time. Congratulations to you, the main bank of the country - you have broken another bottom! Today, in the 21st century, you have not learned how to work and provide quality service. I consider this act on the part of a financial institution to be a banal theft
