Everything is fine!!! The consultants who are in the room are always on the topic. They will help in everything. Especially for people who have problems with new technologies. You approach an employee, explain to her that you don't understand anything. You give her your phone and ... It's all done. Besides, all the employees, starting with the head, are just beautiful.
Conveniently, there is an ATM in the area, an information kiosk is all!!! I do not know how lucky I have been personally for many years, but as soon as I need any operation through an operator, every time the mood will be spoiled for a few days. They always have breaks, constant queues, one operation in one window, another in another, then the computers weigh, then the shirt is short .....! They are constantly giving you something (lottery tickets, coins....). There is no paper in the info kiosk for checks or the bill acceptor is full!
I looked in for the sake of paying the tax (for the garage), first I turned to the young lady through the window, however, it turned out that this can only be done in the terminal (infokioske), either by card (a resident of the Republic of Belarus), or in cash. However, he does not give out change - you can (as an option) pay for the phone. The staff is friendly and adequate. There is parking nearby (free, for now). There is no electronic queue, but there were few people and I ended up spending about 15 minutes in the department.
There are no comments on the work of the staff.
All operations are carried out clearly and without questions. The girls are friendly and neat!
There is no ventilation in the room, there is no word at all!!!

There is always a queue of grandmothers withdrawing a pension, there is never any currency needed for exchange, there is no electronic queue, only one window is always open, they constantly impose to buy lottery tickets. They don't work on weekends. Unfortunately, there is even too much of one star.
Inconvenient working hours. There are not many people, but for some reason you lose a lot of time there... Among the advantages are an ATM and an information kiosk)
Terrible service.. Clients are kicked out, their work is not finished, the problem is not solved, but they are kicked out of the bank...
