The most terrible bank, there are many questions, few answers. The application is bad. There is no online chat and no online card. Support does not respond, it is necessary to connect a mailing list for an additional fee, a commission when transferring between cards of the same bank, money goes for 2 days, sometimes a week, in short, a very bad bank, long queues and a lot of grandmothers. There are few ATMs with the ability to replenish cards.

I went here mainly only to replenish the Alfa Bank card through the cash terminal. Why the hell did they remove this opportunity? Who was it bothering? Now only go to the Alpha branch by tram, if necessary. I agree with the reviews that mostly grannies create a queue in the department.
