Good afternoon. Before that, I used 3 different Belarusbanks on a permanent basis, I never had any problems. I usually used information kiosks. I came this first time and immediately had a problem
I put in 60p, paid 55.22 and the balance disappeared. The employee referred to my carelessness. He said that I had accidentally pressed the wrong button and the money had gone somewhere. They offered to write an application with a passport.
I've read the reviews, I'm not the first one to have this! No, to say that the machine is buggy, they tell me that I pressed the wrong button. Although I ask how the money could just go away, even if you press one button. They're silent!
You can't transfer money to a bank card through ERIP, even though I was in the capital two days before and everything was fine! And yes, I know that recently it was impossible to do this anywhere. It is now possible to top up an EPIP card without the card itself and passport at the checkout. At least in Stolitsa shopping center, I was able to do it, although not the penultimate time.
Among the advantages are: Good staff, pleasant service (everything will be shown and prompted), convenient location (the only branch within a kilometer and a half radius). One of the disadvantages: the infokiosk does not work periodically and there are queues.
A small compartment with 2 cash desks and 2 places for other services, there is a kiosk for cash replenishment
I would like to have a kiosk around the clock
How I liked the way I treated my clients at the bank!!!! The staff is excellent. Everything was suggested and helped.... Thank you very much!!! I choose only this bank.
I do not advise you to top up your card here through an ATM, I put 100 rubles in, not only did he think for 2 minutes, but he also defended it as 50 rubles. When asked why , the staff suggests writing a refund request and waiting for approval .
The room is small, there is an electronic queue. There are 2 windows inside, a terminal, and a lending consultant. There is an ATM near the entrance. A small sofa, a couple of chairs...
I came to the information kiosk 5 minutes before closing time, I was kicked out with the words "you won't make it". It may be worth removing the self-service area from the branch or changing the working hours of employees so that they do not have to expel customers.
The worst branch you can find. If you want to get to a specialist, then expect that you will stay in line for a couple of hours because there are not enough specialists, and on weekends, as you understand, the main bank of the Republic of Belarus does not work. Another mockery has opened for the Minsk-Mir district, as well as the post office in principle. Shame on the bank's executives.
It's working properly, as befits a bank. It's a small room, and often only one window works. That's why there are queues in the evening.

Courteous staff providing all the necessary information if needed. The department itself is small. I didn't find any queues in the morning. In the future, the branch may be too small for such a densely populated area.
