Good afternoon! I would like to write about the work of the assistant consultant (I do not know the name) of the bank at Bogatyrev 1. I came to the bank to make a payment in the amount of 12 rubles to pay for the services of the traffic police, the consultant (the girl) immediately offered to pay through an information kiosk, but since he does not accept coins, we agreed that I would deposit the amount of 15 rubles ( we will put the change of 3 rubles on my phone). This girl carried out the entire operation and when the check was already out about the payment, she said: "Oh, all the money was credited to this payment, it's just that the next button was pressed there.." I asked if there was no way to return this money? She replied: "No, what do you need these 3 rubles for?" I was just completely shocked and confused, I left without saying anything. Maybe it's not money for someone, well, then give it to me from your pocket, since she performed the entire operation on the screen.Of course, I was unhappy, and this girl didn't even apologize. I would not wish such bank assistants on anyone..Of course, no one returned the money to me.
Everything is convenient, pleasant, decorous, noble, but eternal queues, come, just change money, do not pay for anything, you have to give at least 20 minutes, so it's easier for me to change money elsewhere, that I wait and go and still the rate is higher.
