I have two Belarusbank cards, I come here sometimes. Mobile payment transactions at the checkout are paid. About six years ago, I took an overdraft to a card in Belarusbank. The design and service were quite satisfied. Thank God that I paid it on time and closed it, because I lost my job, otherwise the interest and penalties would have strangled me. The attitude towards customers is quite good.
A bank is a bank. And the principles of service are about the same in all departments. Of course, it cannot be compared with what it was 20-30 years ago. And the staff is more friendly, and the conditions are much better. But count your money yourself!!! They earn money from you...
The service is satisfactory. The building inside looks modern. They will tell and show everything in an accessible way. I am pleased with the bank, especially for the first-class service and the pleasantly smiling staff.
A huge bank. A lot of customers. If you arrive at 15.30, you will wait, because only 2 ticket offices are open until 16 o'clock, instead of 4. And two have a break. The management needs to review the lunch schedule. Especially on Monday!!!
One of the many branches of the bank, everything is clean, well-maintained, but in my opinion it is somehow not comfortable in the hall, apparently because of the archetypal hall!
