The work of the staff is very slow. The sign indicates the opening hours and lunch + technical breaks, but at the same time the service was refused, without any arguments. A queue of 5 people needs to stand for almost an hour. I am very unhappy and I ask you to take appropriate measures in the work of the staff. All rays of goodness :)
