Queues of 5 people - an hour of waiting!!! I paid for communal services, asked to put 50 rubles each on cold and hot. The girl, probably dreaming of new louboutins, did something wrong and, as a result, next month I received a fat for 270 rubles, because the water consumption is 50 cubic meters hot and 50 cubic meters cold! Plus, when I paid the fines, I did not specify the resolution and had to send the receipts by letter to the OPI. In general, there are no words - I got a mediocre one!!!
