Older people are not very friendly with new technologies, and bank employees explain and help them in an accessible way (I have observed it many times). The electronic queue works without interruption.
A 24-hour ATM in a separate room, like in Moskovskaya, it's a pity only the info kiosk is inside, which means it only works during the bank's operation.
The good location of the bank itself, there is a convenient ramp, a separate entrance to the ATM and an information kiosk, a spacious waiting room, polite staff will answer any "stupid questions" without nerves and thoroughly

When performing actions related to interaction with an employee (for example, receiving a debit card) I have come across a friendly attitude from employees. Everything was carried out as soon as possible, all the nuances and conditions were explained in detail. I take off one star just for the fact that queues do happen.

A normal department !! It works on a good schedule, there are queues, but they are everywhere!! The room is not big, sometimes it is very stuffy, and there is not enough space!!
