Today I took my card, did not check it immediately because I was in a hurry, but the bank employee did not offer to check it, put the card in my passport. (Until I returned home, I did not take out the card from my passport and did not even activate it) when I arrived home and decided to look at the new card, I saw that the card was badly scratched, and although the new card, as it turns out, even after several years of using the cards, they do not scratch so much.

I watched the work of specialists with professional interest, I can note the work of a specialist on deposits, a person in his place! But the cash desks work slowly, plus there were problems with communication, these are already organizational issues of the bank.
Not the worst bank branch, but like the rest of the staff, when you need it, you'll find horseradish and the terminal with coupons is always buggy (next time I'll take a sledgehammer, maybe then the right button will be pressed) ;)
The most terrible Belarusbank, the service, one can say it does not exist at all. You can stand for half a day and no one cares about you. There are two cash desks, all constantly on breaks. You don't even want to hand over the currency, you just go and end up going to another bank. You don't have a private contractor.
