The information kiosk (outdoor) practically never works on weekends (Saturday-Sunday). The branch was closed for a very long time for repairs, during which they made a more convenient location of the ATM and information kiosk located on the street, most likely replacing them with more modern ones. but!!! This did not affect the performance of the information kiosk in any way, as it did not work on weekends when the department is off, and continues to not work and to deposit money to the card or pay in cash through the information kiosk, you need to run around the area and find a working information kiosk or wait for Monday, go to the branch and deposit money on the card. but!!! The time spent working with clients has also been reduced! Previously, the branch opened at 9:00, and now at 10:00. In short, as always, the service suffers.
