Two times it happened that after defending this queue, the operator did not help me with anything. I had to deal with the "poke" method myself. If there is an information kiosk or an ATM at the bank's facility, then it is imperative that there be an assistant on site who knows how to do this or that operation with a bank card.
The staff are very unfriendly, there are few employees, and a lot of people come, I do not have time for service before lunch, and then you stand and wait outside... It is not very convenient, you have to go to a large one that is far away.
