On November 19, 2020, we came to pay a loan to this bank...only 3 people were admitted in 40 minutes (only one window was working). To my complaint about why one specialist is working on loan payments, the manager replied that the other had gone to lunch...The employee's lunch started at 12.00, and the window was already not working at 11.52...at exactly 12.45 the window did not work, the specialist started work only at 12.48...the most terrible thing was that the manager of this department, after my indignation, went somewhere, and after a while an employee came out from behind the door and showed on her fingers that two men were sitting in the place where we expected, the manager came out when she saw me standing and hid behind a closed door...
I don't understand one thing, why put such people in management up to the executives who hide from visitors...rna could have solved the problem quite normally....The horror is complete. I hope for justice from the leadership...
