No matter how you enter, there are always queues at the ticket offices and at the information kiosk. A real concern for people. It would be better to add 2 more info kiosks with cash, it would be great.
I am satisfied that it is close to my place of residence . The staff is respectful. It is desirable that the ATM is additionally located indoors , which would not create inconvenience in rainy and winter weather
As usual, they work from 5 windows — 2 windows. Queues are constant. The administrator is a very pleasant woman, but her colleagues do not perceive her strongly.

The rules of payment for services change almost every day. Now services (for example, MREO traffic police) need to be paid in the information kiosk. It does NOT accept cards from foreign banks, does not issue change, only puts them on another service (for example, a phone). If the bills are large, do what you want. All this in order to milk money out of the population to the maximum?! Complaints in the book of comments and suggestions are not answered at all. And it's not the people who are to blame for this, but the Belarusian banking system itself and its leaders!
Often, with a huge number of customers, only two out of five cash registers work. But yesterday, on 3.09 .2019, an announcement was posted that the bank would work on this day from 14 o'clock. There was no limit to the indignation of the visitors. And as for the cash register employees themselves, they always serve customers at the proper level.
