There are a lot of windows, but 2-3 are working, I noticed more than once - your turn will come, and the cashier is doing other work, while you will be served, you will hang in the window for a few minutes. One evening, I went in to buy lotteries, it seemed like a matter of minutes, I gave the money- I took the tickets, but it wasn't there, I took a ticket (electronic queue), a half-empty compartment (if there were a lot of people I wouldn't have waited), but they didn't hurry to call the window - I waited 20 minutes, the number sounded I got my ticket, went to the checkout, the specialist continues to do something, I wait for another 10 minutes (it's already starting to make me nervous), then they asked me what I wanted, there were no lottery tickets in this window, and the cashier said she would go ask others, went and disappeared - the minutes dragged on like an eternity. The limit of patience is over, but the cashier is still not there. I didn't wait any longer - angry and upset, I just left the bank from scratch, having lost more than 40 minutes of my precious evening time and having received what I came for. Unfortunately, such cases are not isolated.
A good department. I haven't been there for a long time, but I looked in the other day. I was pleasantly surprised that an electronic queue appeared there. There is always a consultant on site who will tell you everything within his competence, and maybe even more. At least that's the impression I got. The cashiers are welcoming and polite, even with a sense of humor. They made my day in just one visit. It is pleasant to realize that the service sector and customer orientation of Belarusbank do not stand still
To be honest, I felt good about the help and advice from strangers. They are always responsive, they will help with any question in their field. Recommend.
The bank is like a bank, but the info kiosk on the street is just a fire (There are some glitches in the evening. As soon as the weekend - out of order... Apparently not designed for heavy loads... It's always scary what's going to pinch the money... I have witnessed such situations more than once

Why is the whole bank closed for an hour at lunch in this branch of the bank? There are 4 cash desks and 1 consultant working there, is it really impossible to make a schedule so that each cashier goes to lunch in turn, so that people do not stand on the street and wait for 5 bank employees to have lunch. Such a schedule is only available in Belorusbank, please be more customer-oriented and do not make people wait in the cold or in the rain.
I understand that times and the situation are difficult, but in a good scenario, 2-3 ticket offices work (the branch is not small, but there are eternal queues and a lot of visitors. I go in as a last resort and always queue time from 30 minutes or more
A terrible separation. I came to pay the payments. There were 4 people in front who had been served for an hour . How much more downtime is unknown. The window closes for a break when there are people in the hall. If you don't want to waste time, I don't recommend it.
