I would like to mention the terrible work of Victoria Alexandrovna Zueva. Every time, a disgruntled person and her unhappy comments about the banking operations she performs. The bank is a customer-oriented company, but this is not noticeable in the work of employees. Next time, the complaint will be in the complaint book.
The cashier did not issue a payment receipt from the card, withdrew money from the card twice, it was approved twice, but issued one check, and it did not specify the purchase rate and the amount of money withdrawn. And he did not explain his actions, why he withdrew money twice, if it was approved the first time. Where did he make the payment the second time?!
