I went into the new department after the renovation and was pleasantly surprised. At the entrance, the consultant Jeanne greeted me with a smile, clarified how she could help me with my question. She helped me figure out the info kiosk and take the ticket to the cashier. The cashier also served with a smile. Professionalism on the eyes! When I left, the consultant said goodbye with a smile and wished me a good day.
Surprisingly, it is one of the few branches in Minsk with such service.
There is a very large flow, multi-meter queues, crowding. The staff is good, but the flow of visitors exceeds their capacity. I don't recommend it during rush hour.
Excellent staff works: competent and polite. Service is fast enough, but queues are almost always. The location is passable. It is better to come on Saturday an hour before closing time. And if you need it urgently and during rush hour, it's better to go to the branch on Baikal.
Belarusbank is gradually raising its Brand, not like before. There are fewer queues, it has become more comfortable, and the qualifications of the staff have increased!
A good office at home, everyone will tell you, help

The department cannot cope with the flow of people, you have to wait in line for two or three hours
And all because there is no division of normal services by priority
The most terrible department in Minsk

The average room service is small and there is little space well, the staff is so normal, the attitude to customers is good, but minus them they need to expand the room
I made a card, left the contract at home, a month later the breeders call from the Ukrainian number to viberk from the bank's logo and ask if I made the card * the date of the contract*
The surprise is pleasant, but the bank clearly has a problem with the security of my data. Some kind of rat, such a small, nasty one, merges the customer base to enterprising Slavic brothers : (and they can't do anything, like write to the chat on the bank's website they'll figure it out, yeah :(

A modern bank office. That's just the queues everywhere
The department, like everything else, is equipped with an electronic queue. Long gatherings are still frequent. The operator's consultant helps with questions.
They stop accepting payments 10 minutes before the end of the working day, which is also true.
Clean, neat.
Closing a loan agreement turns out to be the same as opening this loan. Having all the data, everything in the 21st century should be made out in 5 seconds.
There are always a lot of queues at the ticket offices, which are always not all working, even taking into account the electronic queue. For that, no one came to Altayskaya Street empty. There are 3 employees working and there are no queues and no electronic queue either
I started a pension card for my mother. Due to the closure of the bank's branch on Baikalskaya el Street for repairs, the queue was simply huge. We waited patiently and immediately received a ready-made Velvet card from the consultant, who also promptly redirected us to the cash window to withdraw cash and pay bills. Well-coordinated work of specialists!
There are always a lot of people. The air conditioner is not working. Saturday, Sunday is a day off.

In my case, the decision of a different type of moment required a lot of consultations over the phone, and here the question arises about the quality of knowledge of full-time employees (although the head of the department decides everything in an instant and knows the whole mat part, as they say).
For everyday frequent transactions, it is a normal bank.
With such a load on this department, it seems that angels are working there. Visitors are happy to dump all dissatisfaction with the system on employees, and employees try to help with incredible patience. I have never seen a bad attitude towards the irritated from those working there (how is it: I came, but wait here?!!) visitors.
Endless queues, even information kiosks do not save, the one that is often buggy on the street. I stopped working on Saturday, it's generally a nightmare, it would be better to take a day off on some weekday!
