There are many ticket offices, convenient waiting areas, fast service. ATM on the street, information kiosk both inside and outside. If you have difficulties with transactions through the information kiosk, a bank employee will help you. The bank is good, it suits you in everything. I don't understand why people blame the bank because of the queues.. they themselves are exactly the same queue as those they complain about. I have been using it for a long time, in my opinion, the most convenient and practical bank in Belarus. The staff was always pleased, the service was excellent, they always go to a meeting. There are a couple of points, but they are not significant, and they cannot affect the bank itself in any way.. It's so stupid to read complaints about ATMs and queues.. And the dumbest thing is that the bank is blamed for this.
