I came to ask if it is possible to withdraw money from a MIR (Russia) bank card at their ATM and with what commission.. Not only did the consultant in the center of the hall answer uncertainly and most likely did not know the exact answer, but also the Manager, whom she advised to contact, did not have the information. These are such incompetent employees and, it seems to me, the bank itself! For comparison: I went to the BelVEB bank, where, without a consultant, the employees of this bank explained how much money and at what percentage you can withdraw money. And in general, in other banks, employees usually have such information.
Disgusting! Since the 4th, the transfer fee from abroad has been raised from 1% to 15%!!! And they reported this only on their website! What kind of attitude is that?!
