Only the exchange rate is always lower. Therefore, many people prefer to change their currency at other exchange offices. I arrived at night from Moscow. I don't have a MIR card with me (and this is the only thing you can pay with in this country, as it turns out). Only visa and Mastercard are available. The girl outside the window shrugged her shoulders unkindly and did not help solve the problem in any way.
Visa and mastercard pictures are painted everywhere in Minsk, but they are not accepted anywhere. There is nothing to do here at night without PEACE and nothing to buy to eat and drink.
