It is a great place for tourists and fans of Belarusian cuisine, the dishes are fresh and delicious. Separately, it is worth trying tinctures and cognac, very tasty, not tart, you don't even need to drink anything. Sometimes there are very good programs.

We were guests of the city during the New Year holidays. And coincidentally, my husband's birthday is on January 2nd. We decided to celebrate with friends in this cafe.
Perhaps it happened that evening (according to our friends, it was always great) but..We waited 45-50 minutes for the order. And there are only 2 tables occupied in the hall. I had to show my displeasure, after which the draniki were almost white on one side and fried on the other. The quality of the supposedly lightly salted fish was even more confusing. She's probably done it again..salted and marinated..
In general, I will say that it was bad after such a dinner..the case didn't end with the hospital, because I didn't really want to spend the weekend there. But we've been suffering for a long day...
so I don't recommend this cafe to visit..
It's possible that this is how lucky we are..

An atmospheric place. On a hot day, I escaped from the heat in this large and cozy basement. I came in immediately after the opening at 16 o'clock, was the first and only guest. Delicious, satisfying. But the price tag, as it seemed to me, is too high. Still, it's not a big deal in Minsk :-)

We visited this institution on 04/21/2024.
They took "Belarusian pickles", "Polessky" Dranik with chicken, dranik with salmon and "homemade" kvass. I was only pleased with the clean dishes.
The composition of the dishes did not correspond to what was stated in the menu. Most likely, the store opposite ran out of Peking cabbage , so the dish was without it ))
Pickles bought in a penny opposite 😅 so also clearly less than the declared 325g. About the taste is a separate conversation)
Serving is like in a regular dining room)) only the prices are much higher!
With all this, the wait was 50 minutes. WE WERE THE ONLY ONES IN THE HALL. It's scary to imagine how long the wait will be if there are 5 people in the hall.
Oh yes, kvass is not "homemade" either.
In general, a "solid" two!

The owner has probably never been to a real Belarusian hut. Stone on the walls and on the floor.. The name is promising, they tried to create something Belarusian inside. The prices are cosmic for what they offer. The music screams so that you can't hear your thoughts. Not a restaurant, but some kind of nightclub. Alas, but probably a C grade.

1. When accepting the order, the waiter said that if we sit after 22:00, we will have to pay 3.5 rubles per guest for live music. That is, in the evening after 22:00, payment for music is mandatory.
2. After bringing the drinks 10 minutes later, and the salad 15 minutes after the order was placed, the waiter said that the hot one would have to wait another 40-45 minutes. The question is why it was impossible to warn about this in advance, and not after serving drinks. In general, the interior, location and drinks are 5, and the service is 2.

We visited this restaurant today. Baked ears- a lot of burnt onions, just black. The ears themselves- the cat cried a lot. The sauce was delicious, and so were the croutons. Pancakes with pork rinds are simply black onions, the pancakes themselves are not crispy and not appetizing in appearance. Dessert is fondue. I don't know what it's made of, but it's sticky, without chocolate inside, only sprinkled with strips of something chocolate on top. I recommend trying the same dessert as Marconi.

The menu itself is in the Belarusian style (there are even traditional tinctures like horseradish), but the quality of execution is not perfect. The baked hake turned out to be too salty, but the pancakes in the pot, on the contrary, were bland. I admit that these are one-time disadvantages, so I do not focus on them. An order of 17-25 rubles is a myth, for this price you can only order a portion of hot. Add a salad and some alcohol and an evening for two people will cost 90-100 rubles, which generally fits into the average price category.

It's quite an expensive place. Very long service. About 20 minutes after boarding, the waiter came to take the order, while the menu had not yet been served. I had to constantly remind myself of myself. The food is 3 out of 5. At the next table sat a drunken company, which embarrassed all visitors with its behavior. The waitress's sluggish attempts to subdue them did not lead. I would not recommend this place to visit.

The interior is catchy, authentic, cozy, the style is designed in the national tradition.The menu is very diverse! And everything is very tasty! We visited this restaurant only yesterday, i.e. 06/18/12. First, about the advantages. Dima is a wonderful waiter. Colorful interior, good menu. And this is probably all the advantages. And we mostly come to eat delicious food, really! But that's the problem. We ordered a Greek salad. The usual well-known salad, but you should probably try to spoil it like that. Tough overripe Peking cabbage, the cheapest tasteless tomatoes (I call them glass), cucumbers have a tough skin, unripe sweet peppers are cut into chaotic pieces, and cheese and olives should be searched with a magnifying glass. Then the burger arrived. The middle of the shingles is damp. We ordered separately the shingles, which were of different sizes and different roasts, similar to pancakes, with almost no taste of potatoes. Conclusion: it is necessary to change the cook. And not with my foot anymore.

We are tourists in Belarus and wanted to visit a national restaurant with an appropriate atmosphere, but we could not get into this "restaurant", because we did not pass face control Today 08/24/12 the heat is +34, respectively, we were dressed in shorts and T-shirts - men and girls in dresses, the usual urban style, not even a beach option but the receptionist looked down at us and said that this place does not mean entering in shorts.
Well, in fact, this is a basement, in fact - this is a basement room that has been converted into a "restaurant"! We do not treat such establishments (converted basements) badly, but this Hut has too much pathos.
Perhaps it's for the best that we didn't go there, all the tables were empty and only one table was occupied by guests (they didn't pay attention to their clothes, probably they were sitting in tuxedos), we went to another place, at the entrance they asked the receptionist if it was okay that we were in shorts? Well, in general, we all laughed heartily together and had a good time.
The funny thing is that we did not follow the reviews that people wrote about the Belarusian Hut and decided to give this institution a chance, but in vain, we only spoiled our mood. It was unpleasant. Administration, please write that you have an entrance only in formal clothes and do not spoil the mood and impression of vacationers in your country. One star is all you deserve.
