I think your institution should be focused not only on the quality of services, but also on speed. After such a discussion, the desire to use the services of your bank disappears.

The bank is terrible, the dollar rate in it does not match when you buy goods through a card on the Internet. The service is bad when I addressed this problem,, neither be, nor me, nor crowing,, I did not hear anything sensible from the staff except that this is a bank problem and I have to pay such a small amount for me at the present moment. I came to get a transfer from Russia. Previously, I received the same transfers from other banks, the procedure took no more than 15 minutes without taking into account the queue.
Firstly, in order to receive the transfer, I had to create an account, I have not seen such nonsense yet. At first, the program flew off, several times, the data was re-entered. Then their seal broke, so I had to rewrite the application 3 times with a huge account number that needed to be opened.
