Extremely slow and outrageous. Employees go on a "break" and nobody knows when they will go back to the counter. Only one counter is "open" and often there's nobody working there even if the lights are on

I would rather call this bank branch an exchange office, a very small room, if there is a queue, people stand in the lobby of the first floor of the shopping center, in which the branch is located. It should be noted that the exchange rate is better than in other bank branches located nearby at the railway station. I have exchanged Russian money there several times, and Belarusian money has always been issued in small bills, regardless of the amount exchanged. Cashiers are unfriendly🤗🤔🤨😏

Visiting this department is like a separate kind of Hell on earth.There are constant queues, only one ticket office is always open, although with so many visitors, you need at least three!The girls are trying, they work fast, but considering how many people there are, it's just not possible to cope. At the same time, you can top up the BNB bank card only through the cashier. The nearest branch is a few km away, which makes it impossible to visit it! If it were possible to put a zero, it would be, but it's only one.
