As they write in the reviews, indeed, there was a queue in the department, but clearly not from the slowness of the employees.
Now I understand why there are always long queues. Two cash desks, a priority queue, long service for some operations... An electronic queue, but you don't know what your account is in the queue and how many priority customers will be in front of you. Currency exchange is not a priority, and you have to stand for at least 20 minutes every time. Is it really difficult to hang a sign on the cash register or somehow indicate that a long-term operation is going on in this cash register?? So that people with their "exchanges" can calculate for themselves whether they should wait or not with one working cash register and a priority queue. Write technical breaks and lunches in large letters on the cash registers. The second cash register is behind the doors, there is no information about technical interruptions even in small letters on the doors. Again, so that people can see and calculate for themselves. And then a crowd of people gathers, hesitating, who do not understand, either wait, because your ticket is like after a couple of people (and in fact you can stand for half an hour), or leave. Your customers are constantly creating a pandemonium at the entrance to the mall, neither to pass nor to pass. People are constantly complaining, and they take the negative out on your employees. Don't value your customers' time, so at least take pity on your employees, who are always polite and calm.
