In March, they blocked my personal account for a dubious transfer to my account and a block from the investigator. No SMS, no call, just don't care. I have been trying for several days to get a call back and give explanations. I solved the issue in the same month, I was a witness, so we immediately sent a request to the bank to unblock the account.
Further, I asked the bank several times a month when my office would be unblocked, and each time they rubbed into me that they had not received any requests and they said go deal with the investigator, what are you pulling us for.
finally. After 8 months! It turns out that I had to go to another police department and give evidence there so that they would also send a request to remove the block.
I found out this on a call from an investigator, not from bank employees. Employees just don't care. Even once to double-check and refer me to whom it is necessary for 8, EIGHT months, no one bothered.
I shortened the story very much so as not to write a poem here, but the essence is clear.
If you want people to wipe their feet on you, this is the best bank. And I say this not only from my own experience, but also from the experience of acquaintances.
If you want a human relationship and a quick solution to issues, look for another bank.
There are 2 cash desks and I have never been here before when they were working at the same time. So that you understand the queue is outside the bank! We sit for half an hour and the queue has moved to the cashier for 2 people, only this is a fiasco! Don't set foot here anymore! It is better to go to another branch or bank.
