There was a need to purchase a car for our family. A station wagon was needed, and even a diesel, since there is a lot to drive. After reading the information on the Internet, as well as talking with specialists at the car service, the choice fell on the Renault Megan of the 4th generation. I have compiled a list of requirements and options. Then, on the advice of my sister, I turned to Nikolai in order to purchase a car from Europe. The search was relatively fast, and 3-4 cars satisfying the criteria were viewed throughout the entire search time. Nikolai was in touch all the time: he helped, advised and accompanied. The photo was sent, the thickness gauge was checked, information about those conditions was provided, in general, chic-shine. Everything turned out very well with the delivery: the car arrived as soon as possible. Thank you so much for your help in buying and clearing cars, (everything was cleared in the shortest, I would say, hours) for your responsiveness and help. We ordered a BMW X5 2021 from the guys (2 years old), with minor damage, we were very worried, an expensive car. How to buy so that there is no pig in a poke? How to deliver? Other questions about registration, payment, etc. Everything was explained and helped in an accessible way at every stage. We were looking for a car for about 3 months (many of my options fell away just because of the likely "pig in a poke"). No one "sold" the options, but really looked for a decent car. As a result, in the fall of 2023, they bought a car, and the car arrived at the end of December. Currently, the car is repaired, I use it.
P.S. The reason for the review is simple. There are many companies on the market providing similar services. But here the guys are distinguished by decency. 3 months of searching-a decent car!!!

I would like to say a huge thank you to the entire Avtotorgi company and in particular to Nikolai, who accompanied us at all stages of the transaction. It was the first experience of ordering a car from Europe, there are really a lot of questions and fears, and it's nice to deal not only with a professional, but also with a responsive and understanding person who answered and explained almost 24/7. And we did it, we found a car without colors, with a small mileage and at the same time we met the budget.
But that's not all, because I live in Russia, when I came to pick up the car, there were sooo many near-machine issues (customs, invoice, insurance, registration, + the car arrived on summer tires, and it's winter outside ...) and here Nikolai just helped out, helped on every issue, up to before renting an apartment for the night, for which I THANK him very much, I saved a lot of time.

After choosing a car, an employee of this company, Nikolai, called the salon where the car was sold in Germany, clarified all the details on configuration, maintenance, etc. As a result, the car was supposed to arrive 5 weeks after payment.
