I would like to share my experience of buying a Belgee X50 at the Geely Soligorsk car dealership.
We handed over our car to a trade-in in Minsk and they also promised to deliver a new car to us by car carrier to Minsk at the pick-up point in Bolshoy Stiklyovo. At this stage, everything went pretty quickly, since the car we chose was available. Here, thanks to the manager Igor from Minsk, who guided us throughout the transaction, engaged in the purchase of cars and helped us decide on an additional one. equipment for a new car. The old car was handed over, the money was credited to the account the next day, the payment for the new car was made, the car was delivered to Minsk and we are going to issue it.
Well, now a bit of tar, not because we were dissatisfied, but we just would like to see a little more service and customer orientation in our car dealerships.
- first, a service was ordered for the complete treatment of the car with an antikor with hidden cavities. As a result, traces of obviously dirty hands of the masters conducting this procedure were on the glossy door posts. Manager Igor had to wipe it off at the place of issue. There are also traces of the same antikor on the insides of all the doors. And since the car is white, it is very clearly visible. I think all this could and should have been removed back in Soligorsk.
- second: the main menu of the car was in English. Upon Igor's call to the technical specialist, everything was set up on the spot. But this is our time again. When giving the car to the customer, be kind enough to set it up before handing it out.
- the third and most epic thing: having started the car and just making all the settings for the driver, the car model stalled. When I tried to start it up again, it started to choke and stalled again. There just wasn't any gasoline. Fortunately, Igor was still in place, although it was clearly not his working time and at 20:30 he started looking for a canister, went to the gas station, bought a watering can, brought us gasoline and only at around 21:00 pm safely sent us home. And what would happen if we drove a couple of kilometers away and stood in the middle of the ring road, I don't even want to think about it. Therefore, once again, many thanks to Igor for being with us until the last moment.
The salon compensated us for all these inconveniences in the form of a pleasant bonus, but still I want the client to always be in the first place and such situations did not happen anymore.
