Honestly, I didn't like it, I'm buying things from here for the first time. I ordered a pillow (fur), it cost 65 rubles, and now 90, why do I have a question?!? The pillow is not made of natural wool, the quality is sewn well, but I did not like the wool. It doesn't take very long, ordered on December 31, sent on January 4 (of course there are no holidays) arrived on January 10. I asked for the parcel number, they told me it would be thrown off later, and they did not throw off the horror before arrival. I don't like when people are treated like that! In principle, for 65 rubles, I agree, yes, it's not bad for such a price, I would even say it's good, but it's not worth 90 rubles. Generally not bad.
An angry review of the White Mane. I've been waiting for my saddle for a month and a half and now I'm completely disappointed.
On July 9, I ordered a dressage saddle from them. Everything looked very encouraging: inexpensive, offered to pay in two installments, which is critical for me, promised to sew by August 2.
The saddle went to work and problems began. The administrator repeatedly did not respond, although the messages were read. On August 2, I asked how my saddle was, they promised to send it to me by "the middle of next week." August 8th (Thursday) I wrote again, but they didn't answer me again. On August 9th, after another panicked question, I was told that they had problems with suppliers, and my saddle was not ready yet. I was just glad that at least they answered me, promising to send the saddle on Monday (August 12).
Silence.
August 15th (Thursday again) I couldn't stand it and wrote again. I was ignored again. I started calling. As a result, it turned out that my saddle was finally sent, the receipt was thrown off later. They apologized, saying that they all got sick and went on vacation, and therefore delays.
OK, that's all clear, we didn't sign the contract, but that's not how it's done. This is a disregard for the customer, you could have kept up to date at least.
Delivery from Minsk to Nsk cost 1900 to the door (13 days!). It's also quite a lot in general. By the way, I was not offered to pay for the delivery in compensation for twice missed deadlines.
Well, okay, I think the saddle didn't have time for all the competitions anyway, so now. And now it has arrived. I can't look at him without crying. And these are not tears of joy. It's a hideously crooked saddle, I'm ashamed to take it to the stable. Of course, it may be super-convenient to use, but I doubt it.
The GTD TC was packed in one box, without filler, so the saddle was also wrinkled.
It would be better to take it in Hermida, even if it is twice as expensive. It's just a caper.
