We had a very good rest,
we met well, the room was clean, cleaning every day, the staff was kind, we were happy with everything, a lot of ticks in the grass, five pieces stuck
A very good sanatorium. We come for a family vacation 2 times. The treatment is on top. The rooms are warm. We come in winter. Children are delighted with the pool
I have already been to the Belaya Rus sanatorium three times. Good treatment, many different procedures.Clean comfortable rooms The location of the sanatorium is also pleasing:in a pine forest, a large territory, Polite and competent staff. One thing I didn't like was the food, a lot of twisted meat that doesn't smell like meat, little fruit.
We are coming for the third time for the new year. I like everything very much, an excellent swimming pool, a water park, a wide range of procedures, not a bad room stock, prices are quite adequate
A place of peace
We were in the winter before the new year
Modest, but tasteful
I think it would be more interesting in the summer
I really liked the DJ at the dance
The pool is good
I really liked the sanatorium. Comfortable buildings. Two elevators for all rooms. The pool, I think, is the best (we chose it based on it). There are 3 separate tracks of 25 m each, another one for calm swimming. There is a children's area, elements of the water park (zhdakuzi, hydroponics)
It's a good cinema. The menu is varied. There is beautiful nature around. Pump room.
A good sanatorium. The third coastline. Five meals a day. The rooms leave much to be desired, but everything is basic (refrigerator, electric kettle, TV, some cutlery). There is a pine forest all around. There is a bike rental and there are several stationary bike routes. A small tennis court. Exercise equipment on the street. Gazebos with mangalas. There is a small shop and a bar. There are many different procedures. There is a swimming pool and a sauna.
I had a rest in late July and early August. It was my first time in Belaya Rus, although I have been resting on purpose for a long time. In principle, I liked the sanatorium. I may come again more than once) I lived in the second building in a single superior room. The room, of course, is modest, it is not clear why there is so much furniture? And I got a very creaky bed. But I liked the large balcony and the fact that the room has two doors. There is one door from the corridor, and the second one leads to the room. There was no noise from the hallway, which is good. Everything is fine with the treatment, the prescribed procedures have been prescribed. I also bought additional carboxytherapy and other procedures for a fee. Delicious oxygen cocktails, but it's for a fee. A large pool, but for some reason there are only two guns for such a huge pool. Was it really difficult to make more of them, otherwise it almost comes to a fight with these bursts of guns) Yes, it is very strange that they force everyone to wear hats in the pool, even bald men). I was personally satisfied with the food, although it is an ordinary canteen meal. But a buffet is being introduced soon, so if you like to eat, take a buffet instead. Who is on a diet, take a customized menu). The sanatorium has a shop and a bar. There is a place to buy sausage) Every evening, except for one, there were dances in the sanatorium: either outside in good weather, or indoors if it was raining. The music is, well, typical sanatorium) And the girls still put on normal music, and did not refuse if the vacationers asked them to put it on at the request of the vacationers. But an older man was holding some kind of retro party and was very indignant if someone asked to put on something more modern) There are very nice girls working in the bar, thank them very much for the service. In general, a good sanatorium, you can drive)
The sanatorium is good, they helped to quickly solve the problem with the cold in the room, since the heating was already turned off. The food is simple, but tasty and satisfying. The staff is different, some perform their duties well, and others poorly (this is about cleaning the room and about treatment) . The pool is excellent, the area is clean and large.
Very expensive sanatoriums in Belarus! 😳😳😳. From 100 thousand a week for three people without a road, it turns out very curly. Prices range from 10 to 25 thousand per day. The price is for a family of three people. Did you overeat mushrooms there?)
A wonderful sanatorium. I've been there many times. Excellent ratio of the cost of the voucher to the services provided. The swimming pool deserves special attention.
I've been there 2 times. The impressions are diverse. Mud baths, underwater and ordinary massage, pump room, physical therapy (I especially recommend it, it is conducted by a high-level specialist), contrast baths, laser, sauna with honey and cookies (free of charge), workout areas, the best pool among all sanatoriums, beautiful territory, location. These are all advantages. The rooms are tired, the dining room loses its attractiveness every year (the feeling that the food has become thinner, the portions are smaller and everything is like through a meat grinder. Therefore, for those who are looking for a health improvement meringue claims on the external component in the form of a beautiful interior, "you are welcome."
The service is excellent. The treatment is excellent. There is a lot of food. They have a customized menu. It's a pity there is no coffee machine and I want more dishes of national cuisine. The territory is beautiful and convenient for walking, sports and recreation. The swimming pool is the largest of the resorts in Narych. The rooms are large. Among the wishes, I would like to add: expand the WiFi working area on the street, install good hair dryers in the women's section of the pool, update the plumbing in suite 228
The service is very good, the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and cozy, the pool is cool with water treatments, clean and well-groomed territory!
Just like in the good old Soviet times. Everything is clear. The staff is attentive. We read that there was a queue for the washing machine, but we didn't wait. The food is delicious, varied, and plentiful. The territory is clean and well maintained
We came with friends for the second time, och I like everything 💥💯🤝Excellent procedures, wonderful staff, good food, excellent leisure organization.... Recommend👍
17.08.23 I visited this sanatorium.(Not the first time) I went to eat ice cream at a local bar. After that, my stomach ached, but all pharmacies were closed and I decided to contact the nurse on duty and asked for activated charcoal, to which the nurse replied with displeasure that she would have to write off this coal since I do not live in a sanatorium (although we were going to purchase paid services here, but we'd better do it in another sanatorium) I offered to pay for the coal , to which they told me that it was not a pharmacy and offered to go to Myadel . I was so offended that I even burst into tears . It is very unpleasant and I think that you should not treat people like that. I think we will not visit this sanatorium anymore.
The service is at a good level, the only thing is that not enough procedures are included in the paid package, the rest is for an additional fee. The staff is friendly and helpful, probably because the age is older. Meals are conditionally five times a day, there is an afternoon snack and a second dinner, but incomplete. But in general there is enough food, a lot of vegetables. You order three different dishes per day. A nice deep pool with massages, there is also a shallow part for children, every day. There is a good Russian sauna and a sauna on request. The rooms are small but cozy, and the old-fashioned plumbing in the bathroom is depressing. The rooms are cleaned every day. The highlight is the location of the buildings in a pine forest.
One of the best sanatoriums, both in Naroch in particular and in Belarus in general. A good number of rooms - there are rooms for different budgets, modern and rare equipment, there are various programs, both therapeutic and preventive and relaxation. Pensilners get discounts
We lived in a cottage house (1-sq.3). There are also log cabins around, a view of beautiful landscaping -tall thuja trees, various bushes and flowers, paths and driveways, benches, gazebos against the background of forest pines. Against the background of such nature, beautiful photographs are obtained. It was a great pleasure to sit near the house and admire nature. In general, the territory is large and there is a place to walk. We have three children, we rolled out every day. We moved mtn on scooters, so we rolled from the bottom of our hearts. We ate in the common dining room of the main building. The food is without luxury, but delicious and varied every day (you choose options from the menu). We went to the pool every day-it was big and clean. I had a massage and a pool, I had enough (I was too lazy to go to other treatments or did not have time).By car to the center of the village of Naroch 5 min. We went to Euroopt. The beach of the sanatorium is 10 minutes on foot, but they were afraid to swim. We went swimming on the White Lake -15 min.by car. For children, this lake is ideal, the sand is like the sea and the bottom is pleasantly made of sand, a smooth long passage to the depth.
I did not rest in the sanatorium, but I was invited to play volleyball with the guys, we fought heartily. I liked the area, and everything inside is the same. At first glance, it's normal.
Everything is fine, the service is top-notch. The staff is competent, polite, and correct. The food is varied, there is enough of everything. The pool is wonderful, everything is clean and tidy
Oh, we're from St. Petersburg, it doesn't seem to surprise.. But EVERYTHING is so wonderful here, so kind, so cozy, so caring.. Yes, the furniture is a bit old, but this is nonsense compared to the friendly service, general cheerful mood, delicious food... Thank you very much! Come here!
The food and procedures are good. The cleaning of the premises is disgusting.
There are many Russians who smoke in the rooms and on the balcony, but the administration does not take measures against them
I liked the sanatorium, there are wishes for more modern dance music, they play the same tracks. The sanatorium is undergoing repairs for days on end, it is unbearable. We must honestly warn about this. I was vacationing for my money and would have chosen something else.
Sanatoriums are not much different, then why overpay in others?, and yet, both the staff and the place are somehow more sincere here. And this is not measured in money. At a table in the dining room, there were vacationers who have been traveling here for 20 years, They know the length and breadth of it, but they are coming here. We ate exclusively what was offered on the menu. Although we also saw those who went to the store for "lard" and "bird's milk" every day. It's everyone's business. The pool is nice, but I don't like when there are a lot of people, I need my own path, I like to swim. The rooms are cleaned. The forest is around, ideal for walking. I recommend taking contrast baths if you are not afraid of cold water and are not contraindicated by a doctor. Bathhouse. It's completely new. Beautiful, they didn't spare any money, it's worth going. Pay for the broom in advance at the bar, as they do not charge money for it on the spot. But there is something important for me. It says Russian bath, in fact a sauna. It's a voluntary matter).
The sanatorium was built in 1989, but, apparently, after renovation, it is fresh and clean. Original swimming pool, good equipment of mud baths and physiotherapy department, new high-quality textiles. There are no complaints about nutrition either. It is enough, tasty, varied. Disadvantages that spoil everything: poor organization of the design. After an appointment with a doctor, you must go to the medical registrar, who will schedule all the prescribed procedures. There is only one medical recorder. When 90 people arrive per day, this is a bottleneck. Selective courtesy allows the medical registrar to spend 45-50 minutes per vacationer, the next ones get 5 minutes each. In total, the procedures are in a chaotic manner. And the queue in front of the office takes several hours. If you need to purchase a procedure, then the complicated procedure is as follows: medical recorder, dej.the nurse, dej.doctor, medical registrar, cashier, medical registrar. There is a queue to the medical registrar every time. Why can't one more specialist be admitted to the program on the day of peak activity? The second disadvantage: it's cold. It's cold in the dining room, cold in the rooms, cold in the passages. Thank you for the warmth in the medical building and the pool. The third disadvantage is the organization of the pool. Why, with brand-new lockers for things in the locker rooms, do the keys to them hang in the lockers of the instructor in the pool? And the things themselves are not locked in the locker room? The instructor's advice: "and you do not take valuables to the pool" sounds mocking and does not answer the question, why are the keys not in the locks? A phone, a watch, maybe not valuable things, maybe they won't be stolen, but when those who come in search of a free locker open the doors and inspect their personal underwear, it's unpleasant. We had a rest in December. The rooms are 18-20 degrees. I have all.
A wonderful sanatorium. Very clean, the staff is very helpful, ready to help with everything. The nature is beautiful, the treatment services are at the highest level. Lake Naroch is very clean, transparent, the approach is smooth (very convenient for children). We will definitely go again.
We celebrated the New Year 2024 , and this is the fourth time with a break for 2 years of the pandemic. Everything is fine - the pool is 25m, all buildings are connected by transfers, but the room stock is asking for cosmetic repairs. Gorgeous nature, near the center of the resort village of Naroch, springs.
Polite staff, excellent service, one of the best swimming pools, the territory is well maintained, clean at any time of the year, paths in the forest area are illuminated. We visit the sanatorium "Belaya Rus" several times, we are always delighted.
A good sanatorium, courteous staff, many procedures, there is a swimming pool, the session is 45 minutes, not enough, but you can walk at least every day. There is a large area for walking, there is a bicycle rental, there are gazebos on the territory, where in the evening you can sit in the company, chat, tell stories and jokes, or you can sit alone and think about life. I Recommend This sanatorium.
The suite does not match the stated one.
In the shower: black mold flourishes all around; the rug is dirty-filthy brrr, terribly disgusting!
The room was cluttered with a bunch of unnecessary furniture.
The food is bland, the side dish is either sticky pasta, or grated, unpeeled beets, carrots and cabbage.
The cutlets are simply inedible.
They give you tea to drink, which doesn't even smell like tea, but there's nothing to say about the taste.
The package included treatment, but it includes a very limited number of procedures. It is better then to buy the procedures that you really need.
Plus, you can only put a pool, but there are sooo many people, so the crush is incredible.
There are terribly old dirty carpets in the room and in the corridors on the floor, the view and smell are very unpleasant.
At check-out, the receptionist told us to look for the maid ourselves (somewhere on the floor), for almost an hour we searched for her using other people's numbers.
In general, I do not recommend this sanatorium.
It was not the first time we had a rest in the sanatorium since October 9. The rest was wonderful. I would like to mention the maids of the 4th floor. The room turned out to have a bad mattress on one bed. They asked for a replacement and there is no problem. Everything was done very quickly. Thank you very much! And in general, rest always goes well in this sanatorium. Friendly staff, friendly attitude of all employees. Every year they are developing their territory more and more. In general, everything is great, I advise you to relax.
I was in a sanatorium in 2019 and I'm going to this one for the new year! Food, service, treatment, leisure -at a decent level! A gorgeous swimming pool. The cafe has delicious ice cream, a large selection of alcohol. If desired, you can mark an event. I really liked the mineral water from my own well. The prices are pleasantly surprising, not high.
We visited the sanatorium at the end of July , we were very impressed ,very cozy ,excellent staff and specialists ,clean and well -groomed territory, beach ,room cleaning ,pool it's just great and delicious food ,we 'll come back again
Good day to all of you! We have just arrived from the sanatorium, I am writing based on fresh impressions. We had a rest in the first decade of August.
So, I put everything on the shelves:
1. Sanatorium for "seal" recreation. The vast majority of vacationers are people of retirement age. Young people are families, with and without children. The staff of the sanatorium say that there are still quite a lot of young people. It is sooooo difficult to agree with this statement.
There are a lot of Russians and Balts. It even seems that they are in the majority😀
2. The territory is good, even very good! There is everything for a calm, I repeat, "seal" pastime. The sanatorium provides barbecue equipment for rent, and there are also organized places for this event.
Do you want activities? To do this, there is a bowling alley, a tennis court, various exercise equipment, beach volleyball and bicycles, a scooter for every taste.
3. The beach, as far as I'm concerned, is a bit far. We walked along the coast of the sanatoriums "Naroch", "Narochanka", "Sputnik", so everything is very close to the sanatorium building. At first, the first walks of 460 meters to the beach were a pleasure, then an inconvenience. We rode bicycles to the beach of the sanatorium "Naroch". Unlike ours, it is equipped and comfortable.
The water in the lake is clear, a lot of ducks, swans were not seen, although they were looking for.
3. Dining room, food. You know, it's not bad, it's very good. The menu is composite, for every taste and color. What pleased me was the goodies given out: fruits, yoghurts, incredibly delicious pastries (they say they bake themselves). I would like to add that all the food, although delicious, must also be able to choose it.
4. The resort village of Naroch is within walking distance, 15-20 minutes through a forest path, along the road, sidewalk - all half an hour. Trade is very poorly developed in the village. Euroopt, 4-5 small shops, 2 pharmacies, 3-4 cafes with crazy prices and that's it.
5. Treatment. Well, this is the main trump card of the sanatorium. The variety and quality of services provided are excellent!!! There are a lot of paid services. The best treatments, of course, are for a day. I didn't like one moment. To undergo carboxytherapy, they said that they needed to consult a reflexologist, which turned out to be paid (8 rubles). The money is not big, but in fact, a consultation means an appointment for a procedure on a specific date and time. This process took at most 2 minutes. And there were enough such reviews (impressions). As for me, it's a clever extortion.
6. Discos. The sanatorium is rotten. There is repetitive music every day, aimed at the older generation, who do not dance to it, but are only present and then in incredibly small numbers. It's even hard to call it a disco. This event lasts until 22.45. In fact, people come and try to dance at 22.00. Count for yourself. When the sanatorium was fully loaded, 15-20 people went dancing. In short, hug and cry. Sometimes the disco took place in a nearby sanatorium, so it's even worse there. We went to a disco at the Flamingo cafe on our beach. The music is killer! There is no place, from the word AT ALL! In a Cafe, people are crammed on the dance floor worse than Sprats in a jar. The latter swims freely there, if you compare it with that crowd in Flamingos. And the contingent is young people under 25 years old.
In the sanatorium "Priozerny" - comfort and level in all directions. They didn't see the disco at the Sputnik sanatorium, but they got to see a live performance by a saxophonist. There was no limit to the delight. On the same day, the accordion player played in our sanatorium, so no one came to him.
7. The pool is the pearl of the sanatorium. Depth from one meter to 4 meters, with Jacuzzi, hydromassage streams, water cannons. You can also play ball in it.
8. Room stock. As far as I know, it's different everywhere. We lived in Soviet rooms (1st building). We haven't seen a TV with a large kinescope for 20 years, but it is there, and it still works.
9. The nuance of cleaning. Bleach is everywhere. And it seems that it is washed with it, and not added to the water before washing.
10. The standard rooms have a half-finished kettle, a work hairdryer, cutlery, dishes. On the floor there is an ironing room with semi-broken irons, washing machines. The most exciting thing is the balcony with sun loungers, where, comfortably settled, you can sit and enjoy the incredible air. We drank tea with sweets only there ...
11. Nature - oooooh!!!!! It's a pleasure!!!!! Pine trees, the purest forest, lake, hills. It is simply not possible to get fed up. All the sanatoriums are drowning in this greenery, we are already bored. Although the forest is close by, but not even close to the quality, luxury, there are no such views!!!!
P.S.: on the lake for a fee, you can go boating, catamaran, yachts. There is also a ride behind a motorboat on an inflatable board, something like surfing.
As a result... Will I come back? Maybe, but at retirement age 😀
