The sanatorium was built in 1988, it is contained on 4+, an excellent swimming pool, a variety of procedures, with real recommendations and under the supervision of a doctor. The standard rooms are very small and have an uncomfortable arrangement of furniture and no air conditioning. The bar is open until 1 a.m. Lake Naroch is big and clean, you can swim. It is possible to rent a yacht.

We were at the sanatorium in July 2021. In general, everything is fine, if not :
1. There are a lot of children who run, scream at any time of the day, half came with their parents, but the parents do not try to deal with them in any way and the children are left to themselves, as well as the entire first floor was occupied by a children's camp, there are no comments at all) just horror! This is about children who are 5 and older, plus a decent number of children from 0 to 5, who naturally also constantly make sounds at any time of the day and in the rooms, if they are next to your room, then you will not see peace and quiet!
2. There are just hordes this season!!! Different insects both day and night, but I hope that this is only this season, this is not a claim to the sanatorium, but just to complain))
3. Disgusting room cleaning
4. The procedures are done figuratively, "carelessly", and when you make a remark, they immediately begin to be rude
5. I would like to say separately about the neurologist- no! He doesn't even pretend to be a doctor and this is for a paid appointment.Don't waste money on an appointment.
6. The cult is a massive program about nothing! At the disco, the songs are the same every time, there is no organization of events at all. Boring! And pensions and youth)
Conclusion: if you go for 10% of the cost (employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs) it is tolerable, but I definitely do not recommend it for the full cost! There is no rest and rest, there is no entertainment, treatment and procedures are at a low level, only Narochan nature remains, which was spoiled by mosquitoes this year)))

I had a rest in the sanatorium "Belaya Rus" for the third time.(from May 31 to June 12, 2021)Everything was great those times! And this year I didn't like it.It was very noisy in the evenings (children played volleyball and football under the windows of building No. 1..Music was playing loudly, laughter and screams of drunk people could be heard at night. The food this time is also not very good, especially with fruits and vegetables. Fruits were given every other day, and from vegetables - one cabbage! For lunch and dinner, dried fruit compote and tea are served almost every day. The staff is polite, on request. There are no complaints about the service. But I won't say about the cosmetologist that she is polite and friendly. I went to her office on the day of the appointment for the procedure, and I could not find out the answer to my question.She answered me rudely at first...("there is a sign on the door that would not enter," and then the sign hung all the time.....And when I went to her again to ask my question, she said she would swear!!! (moreover, she was sitting at the table and could have paid attention to me for 1 minute). Any other person would ask why a client comes to her not for the first time. But she didn't ask, and I had to abandon the procedure because of her attitude towards me. I will not go to the Belaya Rus sanatorium anymore.

We arrived in 2 cars to swim in the pool with the children - there was no guard in the parking lot, but on departure - he poured mud on everyone for the Moscow rooms, it was certainly strange! The pool is great, clean, lots of paths. But again, we return to the attitude of the staff to people - it's just a failure, we are never rude and not conflicted people, but those looking after the pool did not go far from the guards. We understand that the boarding house of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, but if they provide services for non-residents of the hotel, then let them do it with dignity or not at all! I declare - not a foot to them!

The food is just terrible, I remembered the school cafeteria, the choice of dishes is negligible, fruits are given every 3 days, there are no greens, I do not know where they take such products, probably to landfills, and the cook does not know how to cook, I will give one example- chicken pilaf with chopped bones, 2 pieces per serving, everything is tasteless and low in calories, this could be explained by dietary nutrition, if it were not for belly growth and liquid belching. I went to the sauna, the sauna without access to the pool, but there are contrasting baths in which the water has not changed I do not know how much, but at a depth of 1.6 m the bottom is not visible, the water is brown-yellow. The pool looks great, but chlorine and the hardness of the water leads to irritation throughout the body, you can go there easily because there are locks in the lockers but no keys, the staff for the entire pool is 1 person, he checks the sanatorium cards, keeps order and cleans the room between sessions. The temperature in the corridors is not comfortable even in a bike, and the corridor to the pool is different, maximum 10 gr., tennis tables are also located there, you leave not because you are tired of playing, but because your ears and nose are frozen, the temperature in the rooms is maximum 22 gr., this is if you lift the curtains on the windowsill, fortunately, there are additional blankets. I wanted to do an ultrasound - the device is not working properly, it is not known when it will be repaired, I wanted to take a blood test - there are no reagents. Some of the treatment rooms are located on the construction site (repairs are being done on that floor) you literally step over the workers who lay the tiles and breathe the waste from polishing the plaster on the walls. The sanatorium, if you can call it that, is in austerity mode, first of all it affects the number of staff and energy savings. there are no complaints about the staff itself, except for the cook, it is clear that people are experienced and try their best. I got to the New Year's banquet, everything was on the level, it was fun, fresh peppers were on the tables, fruits were surprisingly of a higher quality than they are given daily, salad, champagne, vodka .... everything was delicious until they brought hot, which is not hot at all and you can see that it was cooked in the kitchen of the sanatorium, pork was argued for a long time or chicken, but I don't want to remember about the potatoes around at all. on the 1st, a party was held at the central entrance, a bonfire was lit on which fish soup was cooked, a barbecue with barbecue, tents were set up with hooch and souvenirs, I want to note that fish soup and tea were distributed completely free of charge, if I had come purely for the new year, I would have put 5 stars regardless of the kitchen, but on other days, one negative. This sanatorium needs a competent manager.

The procedures are scheduled so that there is time to take a walk, and there are no queues anywhere, everything is strictly on time.
The territory of the sanatorium is gorgeous, spacious, clean and cozy.
The staff is friendly, friendly, smiling.
The rooms are equipped with everything you need (mugs, plates, forks, spoons, even a vase for flowers).
Cultural and leisure activities are also organized: concerts, films, excursions, karaoke.

I have been traveling to Belaya Rus for 7 years in a row and I like to come here. There are pros and cons.
The rooms in the dormitories need renovation.
The procedures are of poor quality in the minority. For example, there is much less mineral water in mineral baths. It is better to ask the staff to add more. I hope that this will be fixed, since this problem has appeared only since 2021.
Speaking of personnel. The employees are responsive and kind.
There are gazebos, benches, lanterns on the territory - everything you need for walking.
There is also a bicycle rental service.
Since this year, transport has been replaced, which is very encouraging. But, unfortunately, no one services bicycles, because they creak and slow down badly.
The beach is quite comfortable. There are cabins for changing clothes, sun beds under a canopy, a volleyball court, gazebos, and a shower. You can also rent separate sunbeds and catamarans. The water on the beach is better than that of most resorts on the shore.
If you are going to rest, I recommend taking a raincoat with you/an umbrella , as the weather is deliberately unpredictable. Also visit the excursions, they are very interesting (especially "Blue Lakes" and "Zalesye.Oginsky Manor")
As a result, I recommend it.

The most honest review of the sanatorium Belaya Rus.
I do not recommend it!!!!
We ordered a suite, but I did not see such a pigsty even in the migrant dorm - a burnt sofa, linen in yellow streaks, dirty carpets, cockroaches in the room, a rusty toilet, etc. And this is a suite, then what can you expect from other rooms? I went to the standard floor - there's even a nightmare in the hallway, not like in the room! Carpets are more beautifully thrown away by people, and this is an institution for recreation, with prices, as if you live on red square!
The sanatorium is undergoing repairs, but no one warns about this in advance! You will find out in fact when there will be nowhere to go. And you will walk far away from building to building along the passages and into the dining room through a curtain of cement dust, and not through a coniferous forest))
Everyone in the reviews wrote about the pool, we didn't get to it, so I can't write anything, but the child was not allowed to have it, like everything else - a separate place, a towel, treatment, food, etc.
We go to the sanatorium twice a year, we have seen different things, but never like this!
We arrived with a two-year-old child, and they charged us for his stay, BUT at the same time they didn't even give a chair for the child in the dining room! We didn't ask for a portion of food, but a chair, an ordinary chair, even if it wasn't for children! "The chair is not allowed for the child, these are your problems."
We did not dare to try the smudge on the plate with the name Salad, we found a cockroach in the borscht!!!!!! The plates and glasses are all chipped!
When I asked if the cook had tried the dishes and whether the head of the institution had seen this outrage, I was told that the nurse tries everything, and the director is cooked separately)))
Potato slurry and meat souffle are disgusting in appearance and smell. The dining room itself is a very large and noisy room with an unpleasant smell of slop! There are not even tablecloths on the tables! Well, it's like a shelter for people without a fixed place of residence! And this is not exaggerated, but it really is!
We talked with the vacationers, they fully supported us in our claims, but it turned out that this is the sanatorium of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the main contingent are pensioners who received vouchers for free, and I don't give them others, here at least, to get treated. But we came for our hard-earned money, at a price of over 10 thousand Russian rubles per day! And it is a pity that all reviews on the Internet are monitored and deleted by the staff, written by them (from a conversation with the marketing service).
A separate story is the therapist's appointment! At the reception of the pension type, a quarrelsome woman (you can't find another word) 40!!!!! She proved to me for minutes that it was not supposed to come to them with two-year-old children and constantly called every management with complaints about the patient))) There was no response to the offer to take up their direct duties and assign procedures to adults. She persistently refused to examine us and was extremely outraged by the presence of the child in the sanatorium, and then completely said that now she had no time left and come in a couple of hours, she was late for lunch! And before that we drove 1.5 thousand km and were not tired at all had to endure it all! The nurse sympathetically advised us to go down to the deputy director of medicine, which we did. And this is the only bright memory of this nekurort, it's a pity that this doctor (a wonderful man and a great professional) has to work in this nightmare, but it's akin to a feat!
To all my questions to the marketing department, who for a week persuaded us to visit this place (including with a small child), promising procedures for the baby and adults and wonderful conditions, I was answered that this was just their job! And the staff was completely in agreement with all my claims!!!! They even quietly advised me where to go)))
The director is a cad and an adept of discrimination! He said some nasty things before signing a refund application. I would like to separately note the Nazism against the Russians of this subject and have already written to the appropriate authorities about this.
This is not a sanatorium, this is the bottom! The bottom! It couldn't be worse! It does not exist on the entire territory of the former USSR!
The money was returned, but they took 19 thousand Russian rubles for lunch and a two-hour stay!!!!
In conclusion, I want to say that we drove only a few kilometers (on the advice of the staff of this place of torture of people) and got to a wonderful sanatorium, with excellent living conditions, treatment, nutrition and territory! And all this in 2!!!!! three times cheaper!!! And then we were greeted with a smile!

A nice, large area. The treatment is also good, the package includes 5 procedures for 4 pcs, the rest are paid for. Swimming pool, exercise therapy for free. The food leaves much to be desired. My stomach didn't hurt before the trip, but today I got sick. It's a pity I didn't take the phone and didn't take pictures of the dishes, the salad portion is small, the side dishes are without butter. I ordered stuffed eggplant with vegetables-they brought fried carrots and some eggplant.

A good sanatorium. Treatment, nutrition at the highest level. The staff is very friendly. If there is transport, there are many settlements and shops, markets in close proximity. You can go on an excursion somewhere in the end. What I didn't like was the lack of coolers with drinking water in the building, weak Wi-Fi . Although the pool was free for the whole time, the water was very chlorinated, and the edges of the rim near the Jacuzzi were sharp and traumatic.
