In September, we visited the BelAZ factory as part of an excursion, the factory guide told us everything in great detail about mechanical engineering, walked through the factory workshop, the museum and the souvenir shop, bought something, took pictures, you can climb some equipment for photos, if you want, you can ride a sooo big KAMAZ for a fee, in general, I liked everything, the tour is impressive, they gave me a souvenir car as a keepsake, it's very nice
We went on a trip with the class . The children were very impressed by the scale of the machines and the factory itself . We had a very interesting guide , who was able to easily attract the attention of all 44 guys . The museum inside is very neat and modern. We visited the workshop of the plant, after which we went on a sightseeing tour of the sites. To see the scale of these machines was something extraordinary. We climbed on them , took pictures and got a lot of positive emotions. At the end of the tour, the children received a small plastic BELAZ and a coloring book. Who hasn 't been recommended yet .
We were on excursions, booked in advance. A very good impression, a huge company, clean and well maintained! First there was a museum, where we were told and shown everything in detail. There are a lot of documents and exhibits. And of course the observation deck is something!!! You can take pictures of everything, climb on cars, on these monsters!!! Well done Syabry!!!
A super place, a must-visit for the whole family. I recommend taking an individual tour with a ride on Belaz to experience the full range of emotions. There is not so much to see in the group and it is not so comfortable. In general, it is very interesting and informative, and not boring.
A stunning, very modern factory, known far beyond the borders of Belarus!
I recommend visiting with an excursion, during which you will have the opportunity to hear a story about the history of the plant, visit the workshops, museum, and souvenir shop, see with your own eyes these kind giants - BelAZ and even, if desired, take a ride on one of them.
Many thanks to the guides and all the staff of this wonderful factory!
A grandiose technique. An impressive tour! You need to see it with your own eyes.
They drove to BELAZ purposefully. You need to sign up for the tour at least a month in advance. Places on the tour are limited and they are dismantled smartly. The tour itself is organized very well. Minimum expectations, maximum spectacles. The guide tells a lot and knowledgeably. And about the history of the plant, and about current affairs, and about the life of employees, and answers questions willingly. We visited a museum, a conveyor belt and an exhibition of equipment. We climbed onto the largest dump truck in the world.
It is worth coming to Belarus for this tour alone.
I was on an excursion - I really liked it! They tell an interesting story, a very clean area, a beautiful museum. The tour lasts 1.5 hours - they take you to the museum, to the production workshop, to the site with equipment. You can take pictures and study the technique. We visited a souvenir shop with a good assortment of branded goods and a buffet. I learned a lot of interesting facts about Russian technology. I recommend you to visit.
We took an excursion to the factory from a local tour operator, it was expensive, but due to the circumstances at the factory itself we did not have time to book an excursion (for the planned date it is necessary to book 3-4 weeks in advance). I liked everything, the tour lasted 2 hours, everything was clear and to the point, all the questions were answered. Riding a 90-ton quarry dump truck is a separate delight! At the end of the tour there are small souvenirs, which is also very nice! + excursions from the tour operator are the way back and forth, a lot of things were told, as well as all questions were answered!
A bad tour, there are no words for others. Yes, I also called the factory, they don't have any places, so I called the travel agency, of course there is. Why? But because the plant has time allotted for travel agencies. It takes almost an hour to drive from Minsk to the city of workers and the Zhodino plant and an hour back, the tour is only 4 hours, they didn't feed anywhere and there was no opportunity, so take it with you. Along the way, the guide told the story of all the places along the way, it was interesting. Then, on the territory of the factory, we were handed over to another local guide. There were about 40 of us.There was a museum, one workshop, nothing was heard in the workshop, only those who were in a tight place heard, and nothing could be photographed or filmed, a mystery! They showed a little bit of the local fleet of several Belaz trucks, large and small, so that they could take pictures only from the outside. For the same fee as a guided tour, you will be taken for a ride on Belaz. 90 rubles / person the cost of an excursion to Russian is about 2,700 rubles / person, i.e. it is clear that it is very expensive for a family, the same amount if you wanted to shake, well, as if you could not hear anything), but what is most important and the only thing I heard that Belarusians buy all the components, companionable parts, and rubber, and sheets of steel, all from abroad. They only assemble and sleep at the factory!) Then my interest disappeared and disappointment came!Naturally, no one will show the technology and the process, and the cost, but the workshops are clean, credit!)They are cool in my eyes, all by themselves, but here on. I didn't ask, maybe hammers from China!) (shchyutka). My conclusion: a useless, uninformative and expensive thing, especially for a family.
Only positive impressions from this plant. At the beginning there was an interesting tour of the museum, then a visit to the souvenir shop, combined with the grocery department, where you could get a snack. Then we moved closer to production, watched the assembly process of the cars, had the opportunity to take pictures with Belaz in our free time and even go for a ride.
I was passing through the city.
You need to register for an excursion to BELAZ a month in advance.
Thanks to the guide, Alyona took "over the list".
The tour lasts for 2 hours.
There is an opportunity to "feel the technique" and see the assembly of the machine live)))
Full delight!!!
The attitude of the plant towards those who want to go on a tour was disappointing!
It is not possible to book a tour through the official website!
On weekends, the tour desk does not work, no one picks up the phone, they do not answer the mail, they are stuck in the last century!
For a call, all the numbers are Belarusian, there is no whatsapp, in 25 seconds of playing a recording with information that they do not work, they tore off 99 rubles for a call!
Local travel agencies have lost money, an excursion at the factory costs 30 bel.rub., and they charge from 70 bel.rub.!!
A mess!
Belarusian Automobile Plant – BELAZ - Minsk, Belarus.
It is recommended to visit.
The tour lasts about 1.5- 2 hours.
During the tour, you can visit the museum, the machine assembly shop, and the observation deck.
The main thing: you can climb on one of the largest locally made cars
There is a gift shop at the exit from the territory.
We go to the toilet only at the beginning of the tour – then we tolerate it all the time.
I didn't even manage to sign up for the tour. They tried to sign up at the appointed time, but by the beginning of the recording on 02.12.2024 at 8.00 there were already 35 in the queue. We tried to sign up from Russia, and this is the time limit for the call. As a result, the tour is canceled. A wish to the organizers. It is necessary to make a limit for individual orders, and not only for group orders, which are 3 times more expensive in cost. Therefore, the sediment remained.
There are a lot of impressions, I will have the opportunity to go again. We signed up for the tour through the website, BECAUSE the dates were suitable for visiting, for an independent tour you need to call the factory in advance, there are no problems, call 10 days in advance and you will have an excursion.
03 06 24 it was the first time I went to Belarus and for the first time I got to the BELAZ plant I really liked it there very cool dump trucks on the street I recommend visiting
The whole family visited the Belaz plant today. We were completely delighted. Huge cars, excellent organization, everything was fast, clear, there was no time to be bored. Special thanks to the guide Olga!!! She talked about cars and the company in a very interesting, relaxed and accessible way. Despite the fact that the group was very large, it was fun and comfortable. I recommend the tour, the experience is unforgettable!
Impressive. On a large scale. Definitely worth a visit. It is expensive through agencies, it is better to call the factory and book. But much in advance.
We came to Belarus for a week, we planned to visit this plant, looked at ticket prices and how it works. We arrived from Minsk to the factory at 06.04 12.00 went to the entrance and it turns out that the excursions are only by appointment, although only the price list and how it works on the official website. I called the internal number and was told that there are no places for 06.04 and there are no dates when you can sign up too. There were 4 of us on the banner below there is actually an inscription that you need to make an appointment in advance and call a Belarusian number, how we should find out and call a Belarusian number from Russia remains a mystery, there is nothing on the site except the price list and opening hours. I give 1 star for the service and attitude to the guests.
Since childhood, I dreamed of seeing Belaz, and by the age of 40, the dream has been fulfilled. We arrived without signing up, I do not recommend taking any chances, we were lucky, the group was small, we were taken. 1.5 hours of guided tours in one go. The scale is impressive. 30 white rubles adult, children from 7 years old 20 rubles. At the end, a nice gift. The souvenir shop is impressive, even the covers on the notebook with the logo are there. Thanks to our guide Marina) . The theater starts with a hanger, and the factory starts with a walk-through )
The only republic of the USSR that passed the test of the 90s without losses, preserving the entire industry, not succumbing to fashionable, Western promises of rapid enrichment. The one-of-a-kind BelAZ plant was protected, prevented from looting, destroyed by the general director of the enterprise.( at the same time, the giant car factories of the USSR were destroyed, providing half the world with cars: Moskvich- AZLK, the legendary ZIL , the former ZIS ) .Now this unique automobile plant supplies its mining dump trucks all over the world. I've always dreamed of climbing a huge Belaz (fit in the wheel!!!💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻❤️
We were on an excursion in September 2023. A total of 4 people came on the tour: us and another couple. The tour was conducted for 4 people. They presented a toy dump truck, showed giant cars. One of them can be climbed and photographed. The only disadvantage is that we were not given a ride on BelAZ, referring to the fact that the plant is preparing for the anniversary celebration, and all cars are in service. I think we could have allocated one for tourists, or warned them in advance. I signed up in advance and said we wanted to go for a ride.
It is very sad that it is impossible to book a tour through the official website! It is necessary to book through other sites, or even stand at the fence and wait for another group to arrive with an excursion and persuade them to take you with them!
I would like for Russian tourists to be able to book directly on the website, because it is very easy to do, you can dial groups right there and that's it! It's very sad that we wasted our time and just came to stand by the fence! They called the internal number, but no one works on weekends! It is also unpleasant that all the numbers are Belarusian, but it is impossible to contact them via whatsapp, because we do not have the opportunity to call from a regular phone to a foreign number! Expected the best!
An amazing location for a guided tour. There were two adults, and they screamed like children. The scale is amazing. I really liked the company, I am proud of such production.
Keep in mind that a dump truck ride must be booked in advance.

We were at the factory in February 2024. An interesting tour, the cars are impressive, with children it is a great place to spend time.
But there are huge problems with the organization and accessibility for tourists-independent travelers: nothing is clear, we went at our own risk.
As a result, the conclusions:
1. It is better to book in advance, reservations can ONLY be made on weekdays. On weekends, no one just picks up the phone.
2. Theoretically, it is also possible to get on the tour without an appointment. We succeeded, but it's better not to take any chances.
3. Excursions are held every day at standard time (see attached photos). There were a lot of people on the group tour, I think about 50 people. But we were without recording and the guide was with a microphone, so it's normal.
4. it is better to have cash to pay for tickets, then you do not have to stand in line with a card
5. you can get from Minsk by public transport from the Vostok metro station, for 5 bel rubles per person (travel time in one direction is about 45 minutes). We need to go to the Zhodino bus station, we got there and back on the 500e route. It is better to prepare cash to pay for the bus. there are a lot of ATMs in the shopping center near the Vostok metro station-you can withdraw them.
In general, it is necessary to do something with the department of communications with tourists, because it is not so easy to find information on your own, figure it out and get there. Provided that Belaz is a world-famous brand and many people will be happy to see the museum and climb on the car.
It is probably impossible to make an appointment by phone at all. The first call, the first in the queue, waiting for the operator's response for an hour and... Voila, they dropped it. Repeated call is already the fourth in the queue and again nothing.🤷🏻♀️ I wrote a message, no one answered, e-mail is not being read. The influx of people wishing to visit the plant completely "blew my head off." Terrible service. Is it really impossible to create a form for booking an excursion on the website?
We climbed 450 tons
A man and a half climbed into the back of the truck
We went for a ride on BelAZ
The history of the plant was listened to with interest
People work well
In general, everything is fine
A wonderful tour, especially for those who are interested in the achievements of technology. Everything is very large-scale here: 9 thousand employees, 450 tons of cargo capacity, the widest geography of supplies, and a huge production area where complete order reigns. And the tour itself is organized very comfortably and informatively. A powerful enterprise that grew out of the former power of the USSR.
I was on an excursion. I really liked it, the territory is Large, we drove on an electric bus. The guide Svetlana was very interesting, enthusiastically told everything, interested everyone, even gave separate comparisons for children. It is clear that they are engaged in industrial tourism, there are photo zones, and a beautiful hall with the history of the enterprise, and a video about its work. We climbed the record holder 450 tons, took pictures from and to, then also those who wanted to ride 45 tons. Everyone liked it very much, I will advise you, special thanks to Svetlana.
It's very sad. We wanted to visit. We arrived from Minsk after calling earlier. They said come on a team tour at 10 and 14. In fact, there are no seats. The nearest time for the tour is in 6 days. Sadly...
I went on an excursion today, it's very interesting. You can climb the largest BELAZ, for 75 bin you will be given a ride as a passenger on BelAZ. Take a look at the equipment, walk around the shop, they will give you a souvenir. There is a gift shop right on site. Those who are interested in the automotive industry, a very valuable trip.
A wonderful place to visit! The tour is very interesting, the guide is great. The canteen at the factory is very tasty. I highly recommend you to visit when visiting Belarus - you definitely need to see this in your life!
The factory is certainly impressive, the machines are something with something, power! But the tour is not thought out from beginning to end, first they lead to the cashier, where the last group is stocked with souvenirs, perhaps of course there was a day off (we were on Saturday) one cashier worked and had to stand in line, then a short tour of the history of the plant was instructed, then a sightseeing tour of the plant on an electric bus. At the end of the route, they bring you to the site where there are huge factories on which you can climb and take pictures, and the most interesting thing is that almost everyone on this, people who do not want to ride a truck are waiting for those who do. When everyone rode for 5-7 minutes, a tour of the workshop and that's it. The question is, is it not possible to conduct an excursion for those who do not want to ride home, and then do the same with the "riders" is not very convenient, despite the fact that it is not the month of May outside. It is not thought out because of this, only the rating is 3, the price was paid 30 bel.rub. I think that the price is a little too high. In fact, it was almost 3 hours, and the tour was at most 1.2-1.4 hours. Also, what is important, they ordered by phone, they did not say that you can ride and if you want to eat, you need to warn about it by phone in advance, but you will want to eat)
We went to the factory in May, a lot of people, but the BelAZ are cool! We were with a child for 2 years, it was quite comfortable and interesting. By the way, we tried to book an excursion through the official website, they told us the nearest entry after the May holidays, we were upset, but then Googled and found travel agencies that also offer excursions, paid 70BYN/person, transfer from Minsk and an excursion. Pleasant impressions and photos👍🏻

there are no words - only emotions. special thanks to the local guide.
she told me so interesting (not only about cars, but also about the general structure of the plant, how ordinary people live and work) that I even wanted to work at Belaz))
there is also a food shop on the territory where you can have a snack.
I really liked the gift shop, you can choose a gift for every taste.
As a nice bonus, everyone was given a small belazik.
I bought merch in their online store. Red nubuck boots and a city backpack. The quality is so excellent that my jaw dropped. I've already forgotten that someone is capable of doing such a thing. The backpack is bomb-like, neat, strong, anatomical, a lot of pockets, seams are duplicated under load. The shoes are not killable, the leather is 3mm, the foot sits like a poured.
At the time of 04/11/2024, belaz's website does not indicate that excursions are by appointment ONLY. We arrived, had a nice chat with representatives of industrial tourism and left.
We visited on December 30 with an excursion.
I really liked it.
Special thanks to Alyona Meya for conducting the tour, even when it was not particularly planned
Of course, BelAZ technology is known all over the world, for this, unconditionally - 5.
But the problem with the community community is. The response is zero. In the vk group, people ask questions: how do I get on the tour? In response, silence. There is no real information. The group has been created, but is not being maintained by anyone.
We came to the factory to try our luck and get on an excursion. Bottom line: we were sent to the A4 sheet, where at least some information is. They called on the phone, it turned out that the appointment was only for the next month and now there was no way to get on the tour.
In general, it is a pity that it was not possible to see such a technique live. We had an excursion along the fence of the enterprise - we looked at the BelAZ on the signs. And of course we saw a monument next to the factory. Also, we were lucky enough to see at least one BelAZ behind the fence.
In general, we set the organization of excursions and the online community to 1.
The average result is 3.
Great place! I was at the factory on an excursion, I was impressed by both the factory and the level of the tour.
Everything is done as at the best European enterprises, maybe even better, a must-visit!
We tried to get through to the guides did not work, there is no other one either. We watched the tour on the website at 10:00. As a result, we arrived on the way, too, we didn't get a call. We arrived, we sat for an hour... No miracle happened. Well, to say thank you
