In August 2024. We rested at the BELCEKUM BEACH HOTEL in Oludeniz.
This hotel is a fairy tale, a paradise: quiet, clean, cozy. A truly atmospheric place. Located on the seashore, on the 1st line (2 min. walking distance to the beach). The territory of the hotel with a swimming pool is surrounded by three-storey cottages. Palm trees, olives, bananas, and flowering shrubs grow on the territory. Each room in the cottage has a balcony. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The air conditioner works like a beast, the shower works like a charm. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is delicious. There are many grilled dishes: meat, fish, vegetables. The food is cooked with high-quality olive oil. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served as a buffet. From the restaurant, you can see how the paragliders land. The Blue Lagoon is located not far from the hotel. The sea is turquoise, warm, gentle, affectionate…

Great place! The beach is within walking distance, just great food (very different from the usual Turkey), an excellent large swimming pool. And of course the beach itself - it is magnificent, there are its own sun beds. It takes 20 minutes by bus to get to Fethiye, and 5 minutes from the hotel. What I didn't like: frankly bad alcohol and very simple rooms. I highly recommend it to anyone who doesn't care.

The hotel is excellent, although it is 4 stars. One of the hotels on line 1. This is a rarity in this region, which is a huge plus. Compact, clean, queue-free, quiet. Alcohol and some kind of food can be brought to the beach. If you poured alcohol into a glass glass, then when you go to the beach you will be poured into a cardboard one. The food is great. There is always fish - baked, grilled, boiled. Several meat selections. The wine and beer are good, the staff are smart. Well-mannered, friendly. Immediately upon leaving the hotel to the beach, there are points where you can buy excursions and paragliding. That's where we bought it. By the way, by transfer via Sberbank online in rubles. At the expense of animation, it's a disaster if it's with children. There is nothing but a little bass and 20 minutes of music after dinner. For adults, we played table tennis and darts. The beach is mixed sand with pebbles. The sea is clean and beautiful. There are few sun loungers. We occupied it early, but we were there all the time. The village is compact, small, but there is everything for recreation - boats, excursions, cafes, restaurants, discos, hookahs, shops and all sorts of other entertainments. Bargain in the shops. There is a place to walk along the Lycian trail outside the territory. I recommend a super hotel.

The hotel is located on the seashore, there are no water slides, there are a lot of Russians, I think at least half. We stayed at the hotel 3 times.

A nice, cozy, comfortable hotel on the 1st line in Oludeniz. The sea in this place is a beautiful color, clean, as a rule, with small waves. The room was spacious enough, and it had everything you need to relax. The hotel is close to a pedestrian street with cafes and shops, as well as the dolmush stop to get to the funicular to Babadag (the mountain from which paragliders jump) or Fethiye. The food did not cause any complaints in terms of quality and quantity, and the staff in the dining room is very responsive and courteous.
Among the disadvantages is the beach (or rather, a fenced area on a public beach), which belongs to the hotel. It's covered in cigarette butts that people leave after the sun goes down, and they use the hotel's sun beds to spend the evening by the sea.
Also, an employee worked on the beach from the hotel, who seems to just hate vacationers from Russia. He was courteous to the Germans and Turks, "occupied" the vacated beds for them. And he constantly dictated the rules to the Russians: how many sunbeds can be occupied, where they should stand, he could remove personal belongings if he considered it necessary.

We are leaving the hotel today, we really liked everything, especially the cleanliness / cleaning in the hotel, delicious plentiful food, quality drinks, friendly staff, there is a Russian-speaking staff, a large swimming pool, a delightful restaurant with a terrace overlooking the sea, 5 minutes to the beach. At the exit to the beach, on the left, there is a SkyStar tour desk, Ruslan is there, speaks Russian fluently, bought a boat trip through him, everything is clear, plus he will tell you where and what is in the village. The only disadvantage is that the hotel has few sun beds with umbrellas on the beach, not enough for everyone.

Nice hotel in the first line. The rooms are small. One double bed with two bedside tables, a small wardrobe, a table with a mirror and a narrow passage. There is an air conditioner. A cramped toilet with a shower cabin. The territory is small, all around the pool and the adjacent territory to the 3-storey buildings. The rooms are cleaned every day. The rooms are clean. There are a lot of fruit trees on the territory, all bearing fruit. The territory is well maintained. Kitchen for 4 with a stretch. Overall, the hotel is very small and compact. The beach is mixed, a strip of sand and the entrance to the sea is pebbles. A small embankment with a large number of parachutists constantly landing. There are many restaurants with music. We were with my wife in early July 2024.
The hotel is small, the area is pleasant, the staff is excellent, the food is normal, the drinks were pleasantly surprised (Jamson).
The weather turned out to be hotter than expected (35-40). I do not recommend settling in buildings 4 and 5 - the sun will be all day!
The pool is warm 140cm + children's area, there are plenty of sun beds.
There are not enough sunbeds on the hotel beach! Be sure to take corals, there are large pebbles at the entrance to the sea.
The loud music in the pool bar was a little annoying. Vacationers are about half Russians and Turks.
The main impression is flying on a paraglide, I strongly recommend it! We took it in the second office to the left of the exit to the sea (Andrey).

A great clubby little very green hotel. There's not much food, but it's all delicious. The staff is wonderful in the restaurant, bars and maids too. The reception staff is terrible, but I don't want to rent a unit to a beautiful hotel because of these characters.. The Russian-speaking girl Diana is a separate story, she will do everything possible to certainly not help you with a single question. They say she is from our neighboring country and that says it all and explains the attitude towards Russians))) When they found out this fact, the puzzle formed. The sea in Oludeniz is the best in Turkey, so we visited this hotel twice and may return again.

A small quiet hotel by the sea. Extremely positive impressions. Polite staff, beautiful well-groomed and large territory, always free places by the pool, in the bar and on the beach. The hotel is excellent, it's not the first time I've visited it, the service is excellent. The rooms are not new, but clean, cleaning every day, sun beds and beach towels are free. The food is delicious at home, meat, fish, lots of greens and delicious cheeses, alcohol is very decent this year, there is a separate story about desserts, usually in Turkish hotels there are many of them, of all colors and shapes, but having the same taste of sweet mass, when you do not understand what you ate, here each dessert has its own original taste, I recommend trying everything))) Delicious pizza, burgers and excellent ice cream by the pool.There is no animation as such, no one will do exercises to music on the beach, let a dancing stream run in the evening and entertain your children, maximum music at the bar and a small show or karaoke in the evening, but for me this is only a huge plus. There is only ONE minus, but this is not a claim to the hotel, but to the people vacationing in it and, as observations have shown, exclusively to Russian tourists, who have become very numerous in this wonderful place, and who brought rudeness with them from Russian beaches (( walk to the beach at 7 a.m., put a towel, press it with a stone and to leave for half a day, this is just our, Russian, ineradicable, it is very shameful to observe such manifestations of piggishness, this did not happen before, when there were 15-20 percent of Russians in it. The sea and the beautiful views are gorgeous and don't need any comments.Otherwise, it's a great four that I want to return to.

Great location on the first line. Beautiful nature around, mountains. A cool pool with a regular shape. The restaurant is good, varied cuisine, excellent sea view. There is no seafood, but there is always a choice of meat and fish. There is also a pool bar where you can drink alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks around the clock. The bar also serves food: pizza, burgers, potatoes... and ice cream twice a day. You will definitely not stay hungry.
The rooms are good, regular cleaning. But the audibility is high, especially in the san node.
The animation is there, the guys are cool. What I especially liked is that they are not very intrusive. Various activities and sports games are held on site.
The beach has its own territory with sun beds. Of course, there are residents' towels there every morning, so if you want to take the first row (well, suddenly it's important to you), then come early. But as a rule, there were enough sun beds for everyone at any time of the day.
From what was not very, but not at all critical:
- entering the beach. The pebbles are not the most comfortable.
- there is coffee, but it's either from a vending machine or Turkish. But there are Starbucks and other coffee shops nearby

The most top - rated skysports. But also the most expensive

We are staying at this hotel for the fourth day with a family of four.
The room is large, clean, and I think the furniture is even new. The TV is large, flat, there are only two Russian channels configured, and both are news. We tried to set it up ourselves-it didn't work out:(Well, nothing. They are cleaned every day, towels are changed every day too.
The bathroom is a pain. Firstly, there is no way to take off the shower in the shower cabin, or it pours on you from above, or use the faucet at foot level. Secondly, the sink does not have the opportunity to put any of its own vials, let me remind you there are four of us. And the most unpleasant thing is, the audibility is monstrous! I woke up last night from coughing nearby, it turned out to be in the next room.
The food is very decent, fresh, delicious, the choice is not very large, but I think no one is hungry and dissatisfied with the quality of the food.
The beach is two minutes from the room, one minute from the restaurant. The beach is urban, but there are sun beds from the hotel. There are 50 sun beds and 160 vacationers. Well, think about what time you need to come to take the sun beds and relax. I am now contacting the hotel management! Do you have a conscience? We have a ticket for four people worth more than half a million, do you think we should resort early in the morning to take one and a half sun beds? This is very ill-conceived.
The sea is gorgeous!!!!! Blue and silk! I don't want to get out! The approach is disgusting, large pebbles, painful. But you can buy corals.
There is a paragliding center here, my daughter and her husband flew today, I really liked it!
I like the rest so far, not so much that I'm thrilled, but it's good. Maybe I'll finish the rest.

We are resting in this hotel now. Comeliness. I like everything except the beach. If you rate it, it looks like this: sea -5+, nature -5+, hotel territory-5+, food-5, room (we live in the main building on the first floor, moved from the second because of the stairs) -5. beach - 1.WHY?.Go down three steps to the beach, then sand and only then a wooden path that ends much earlier than the entry into the sea begins. On the way back, you wash your feet and walk on the sand again . . . Something is wrong here. Overall, the hotel is great. I recommend. Fans of noisy discos will be bored here.

The location of the hotel is simply gorgeous! The first coastline, a magical beach (small white pebbles, turquoise water, clean shore). There is a huge mountain nearby. The hotel consists of several buildings with 3-4 floors. All Windows overlook the courtyard - the pool. All rooms have balconies or terraces (if 1st floor). We had a room on the 1st floor, first near the bar (the only negative here is loud music, which can be heard even with the door closed). Then we were moved away from the bar - it was perfect! A huge advantage of the ground floor is that it is convenient to go to the bar and pool.
Kitchen. The choice of dishes seems to be large, but I didn't really want anything from what was offered. There are many mayonnaise salads where mayonnaise is the main ingredient... You will not leave hungry, but you will not experience gastronomic pleasure either.
Cleaning for three. We moved in with wet floors, the shelves in the shower were all covered in soap from previous tenants. Some of the cleaning was carried out independently.
There were problems with the settlement too. We arrived in the morning, check-in only at 14:00. It didn't work out before. Moreover, when we returned from the beach the next day, our room was closed and we could not get into it... At the reception, we were offered to move me into another room, explaining that it would be higher and better. We refused, but we were evicted anyway, saying that there was a malfunction in the room. It was probably the most unpleasant moment of our entire stay. At the same time, they did not even apologize.
The room is not bad, a little "killed", but you can live. There is air conditioning (free), TV, refrigerator, safe (also free). Water was replenished daily, but it can be taken at the bar and in the restaurant in unlimited quantities.
The bar is open from early morning, including alcohol.
Tatiana is a very good animator, a cheerful girl. I entertained both children and adults. Every evening there are parties: they show magic tricks, then they entertain with dancing.
Overall, I can recommend this hotel. There are disadvantages, but not critical ones.

This is the best hotel in Oasis. The service is excellent, and the animation program is unobtrusive. The staff is very friendly and attentive, everyone seems to speak Russian.
One big disadvantage is the sun beds on the beach, which are very few from the hotel. One of the criteria for choosing a hotel was its own sun beds. Get ready to take up seats, but if you don't come for a long time, then your "occupied sun beds" will be occupied anyway. 😅

I liked the hotel. The sea is warm and clean. The hotel is quiet. There is a view of the sea from the dining room and a paraglider flying directly above you on the terrace. It's all clear. We had a rest in late August / early September. Now I am immensely grateful to the tour agent for information about this wonderful place (Oludeniz). It was the first time we were in this location in Turkey . We were very satisfied with the hotel, the town, and the rest in general! There are no disadvantages , or they cannot be called disadvantages - rather, these are some features and nuances. We just took it for granted that this was the place! Well, all the minor issues were covered by the gorgeous nature! The mountains , the amazing sea of unique color, the weather and the very state of rest and tranquility ! The hotel is cozy, very green, consists of a whole complex of buildings on the 1,2 and 3 lines. We got into line 2, across the street ! At first I was upset, but I quickly realized the advantage of such a location - you are away from noisy areas (pool, bar, playground) and can enjoy peace and quiet! It takes exactly 3 minutes to walk to the restaurant and reception area! It's very close and doesn't cause any trouble! But in the evening and at night you are in complete peace and quiet! The sea is very close to the hotel! Your own beach ! Sun beds and umbrellas are free of charge. An employee is always on site to help arrange a place on the beach! The food was good, varied enough, there was no shortage! There was fish and seafood every day. Fruits and vegetables are seasonal. A sweet table . Lounge bar - ice cream throughout the day, unlimited drinks! Pastel linen, towels in the room and room cleaning - daily! There was no complaint! Everything is fine! The attitude at the reception area is friendly. If there were organizational issues, everything was solved quickly and organized! A couple of times, dollars were changed right at the reception. The course is a little less than in the town, but it was urgent, so we were OK! The hotel has a lot of greenery , clean, cozy! Children really like swimming in the pool! In general, there are several special areas for children , including a very shallow pool. From the small nuances, the hotel is no longer young, as can be seen from the rooms. Traces of existence are visible in some places. But all this was overlaid by other advantages and advantages! Thank you very much to the hotel staff! I want to come back again 🔥🫶

The staff practically does not speak Russian - I think this is a plus because it makes you remember English) On the territory of the hotel, you can safely let the child go for a walk or play with other children and do not have to stand over him. This is our last night at this wonderful hotel. The sea will dream, there are just no words - delight!
I absolutely liked everything.
The hotel is very decent, the food is excellent, the bar, the drinks are all at a good level.
A small observation: it seemed to me that the beach is not suitable for small children, it is almost immediately deep and it is not very convenient to enter and exit. Take special shoes with you.
And the music from the nearby hotel just screams in the evenings.
At the same time, this hotel has its own DJ who makes a very good playlist and the music sounds)

We are currently vacationing at this hotel. The room is good, but the sound insulation is a nightmare. The shower is in the wall, the faucet is at knee level. It is not convenient to wash, especially for women. The food is excellent, everything is delicious. The choice is small, but the food is excellent. But the beach is something. There are 60 sunbeds and 160 vacationers. There is no toilet, locker room, walkways. It's time to put the umbrellas in the trash. Constantly waves, entering and exiting the sea is a whole quest. The entrance is sharply deep, so at the exit the waves knock down, large pebbles, people fall, they climb in the waves. I haven't set foot here a second time. The cleaning is so-so. Towels were changed 1 time in 6 days and then I found a maid and asked her to change the linen as well. They don't bring water, you have to take it from a bar or a restaurant.

it is a pity that the Turks smoke like steam locomotives and everywhere stinks of cigarette smoke.
wifi is available but very unstable.
at the peak of the heat, the light was torn for 2 days and one day there were water shutdowns for about 30 minutes ... the kitchen was on gas :)))) we had dinner with the light of the phones :)
skyStar to the left of the hotel exit is an office with paragliding and all sorts of traditional stuff.
you can recommend a SPEED boat for 3-4 hours and drive to the aquarium and to the islands of St. Nicholas. There's an awesome sea out there. the price tag is 120- 2 hours, $ 190- for 4 hours. but you need to be clear about the time:))) for underutilized time, these guys are very tight to give money:(

Great hotel. We took a break from Anex tour. There were no problems with the transfer from Russia and back. The longest passport control is when returning to Russia. The hotel room was received at 13-45. On the second floor of the villa is the main area. Excellent beach 5-7 minutes from the hotel. Towels and sun beds are included in the price. The water in the sea is turquoise, very beautiful. About a kilometer away is the entrance to the Blue Lagoon (entrance is paid, in 2024 50 lira). We took a water bike there for a ride - 800 liras per hour. The food in the hotel is well prepared, there is a large selection, especially for lunch and dinner. Drinks are brought by waiters (wine, fanta, cola, water, tea, coffee, beer). They don't know Russian. I need some English skills. Mostly Russians go to the sea. Germans and British are sitting in the pool and drinking beer. There are small performances in the evening. The search for free tables / sun beds did not cause problems - they always did. There were few children in the hotel. There were not enough places to go in the evening. There is a kettle, tea and coffee in the room. In general, I liked everything, we returned home in a good mood.

Very conveniently located, close to the bus station. The price and quality correlate quite normally. The complaint is that it is noisy in the evening from the entertainment inside the hotel itself and you can also hear very well from the neighboring one. But it's quiet after midnight. Very nice hotel in Oludeniz! Fully covers its 4 stars.
Positive:
- The view from the restaurant to the sea is gorgeous!
- The food is varied and delicious
- The staff is very helpful
- Location: through a special path to the sea with its own equipped clean beach
- Animation: a very fun program every evening
Minuses:
- There is mold in the bathroom (a little bit, not very critical, but still)
- The sound insulation of the walls is bad
- Far from Dalaman (airport)

I'm a beginner tourist, so I liked almost everything. The hotel is small, but everything is very nice, white and blue houses, a beautiful swimming pool. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, free safe. The food is varied to my taste, only fruits were missing. Mostly watermelon, melon, apples. Plums and nectarines are hard. The wifi is good, sometimes I even caught it on the beach! Our room was on the ground floor, at first we were upset, and then we even liked it, direct access to the pool! The music on the territory is unobtrusive, did not interfere. The beach is three minutes from the hotel, in the morning we ran to meet the dawn! The general impression is that I want to come back again!

We were here at the end of August 2023. Compact, cozy, quiet hotel. The beach is 20-30 meters away, there is its own territory on the beach, beach towels, sun beds for free. There are always places on the beach. The food is monotonous. There are few fruits. The beach is sandy. The bottom is Pebbles. The staff is friendly. Alcohol is below average. The numbers are dead. The bathroom is combined. The worst part is the bathroom. There is no shower cabin. If you need to take a shower, then spray all over the room. It's dirty outside the hotel. I have been to Turkey 5 times-this place is the worst of all. I do not recommend it!!!!

We recently returned from Oludeniz, leaving our heart there.
A wonderful region, picturesque landscapes, an extraordinary blue sea - I have never seen such a thing in Turkey! As for the hotel, we were with two children (6 years and 10 months old), then there are few amenities for them - there is no ramp to the restaurant, strollers were left at the bottom, we walked up the stairs. There is no children's menu, there are no slides in the pool and on the beach there are no wooden decking so that you can walk to the sun loungers with a stroller, it is noisy in the evenings (we closed the door tightly and helped). But we were ready for everything, we arrived prepared, so we adapted to the rest. It is convenient that the restaurant has high chairs for children, sometimes there was a diet menu, fruits. The food is without lobsters and shrimp, but very tasty, wonderful coffee in the morning and puff pastry. Be sure to try the pizza at the bar, it is prepared especially for you. Cleaning was done every day, linen and towels were changed too. We got a room by the pool, on the ground floor, which in some buildings was semi-basement - but it was even good, it was comfortable with a stroller (seals sometimes spent the night in it), put on a swimsuit and ran into the pool. There were ants on the balcony, if you eat something sweet, they lived there all the time. But after the maid's request to clean up the balcony, there were fewer of them. A huge plus is that the hotel has its own beach. Sometimes there were not enough mattresses on the deck chairs, but some occupied the deck chairs in the morning - probably that's why. In general, I liked the rest, we will probably come back again)))

Just returned from Turkey, stayed at this hotel!I liked everything except:
1. Very weak Wi-Fi
2. The rooms are a bit shabby, especially the plumbing
3. There are few sunbeds on the beach
