It's a great place, the best place to buy radio parts and DIY stuff, and the prices are nice. I decided to save money just now, I ordered $150 on Alik. So these alternatively gifted people entered my first and last name in the columns. As a result, I will not be able to receive the largest parcel, where almost everything was, because Andrey is not Andrey according to the passport. And it's not about business. Just believe me, you shouldn't mess with the Chinese, except for the sake of some very exotic things out of desperation, since they can't even fill out or print out papers. It's better to overpay a little, but you'll get everything safely. The staff is polite, helpful, and will advise. The assortment is quite large, there are various DIY designers. The only drawbacks are that if the entire nomenclature on the Store's Website is presented at this point of sale, the inconveniences are high storefronts: you can't see the goods on the upper shelves at all (even on a stepladder) and on the lower shelves from floor level (kneel down, squat, it hurts your knees, especially since in the aisle, where it is constantly necessary to jump up and squat again to let people pass at the exit). Among the wishes, it is advisable to have a thick paper catalog of radio components that you could take for yourself or purchase, as well as a smartphone application would also be nice! The only case when my comments do not remove the stars from my review...

(Belarusian) every month. that is, $ 1,000 per year.
I read the reviews of others, and remembered that my most important feeling, which runs through all 10 years, is boorish sellers. I would not like to put everyone here under the same comb - there are also polite (just polite people by nature). But the fact that the staff is changing - and rudeness remains, this is very significant, which means that the selection of personnel is such, it is possible that high-level managers do not see anything special in this.
No, of course, sellers do not say insults to their eyes. Rudeness at the level of intonation, looks, hints, irritation, refusals. Indeed, it feels like you're already a problem for them by coming and asking for your money to give out a lot of small parts with complicated names, and even pack them - and they don't owe you anything.
It has happened more than once or twice, they refuse to put the parts in packages, that is, for example, I will look for diodes in the same case, or 50 resistors of 10 denominations at home in a pile myself, because the seller does not want to put each denomination in his package. But at the same time, the staff does not say "no", he explains "how it will be." For example, he says that I will lay them out myself.
(there was a description of an example of the boorish attitude of Belchip sellers, based on my personal experience. But despite the total absence of insults, obscenities, accusations, mentioning names, etc., the Yandex censorship asked me to remove this case. The reason is that the review should be polite. It turned out to be a paradox: I describe what the BelChip staff said and did, but in the episode I generally listen, watch and keep silent. Yandex rejects my review as "impolite". So, alas, you will not read the details.)
Well, it's worth adding, quite without malice, that you don't even expect to get professional technical advice from BelChip (of course, unless you are a novice young technician). The guys sell the parts, know which box contains what, and do not measure their parameters at all and do not design circuits - how would they know.

In addition, there was a feeling that I seemed to owe something to the company, which created discomfort in communication. I wrote about the incident. A woman came out and collected everything for me in 15 minutes without any questions. Thanks a LOT to her, she also helped with the consultation with 5 positions.
