A very nice and cozy hotel. We had a rest in November, you can still swim in the sea, sunbathe. The entire infrastructure is working. The beach bar. The territory of the hotel is well developed and developed. There are many cozy corners, from tangerine groves, cedar alleys, live corners with rabbits, geese for children, to just a bench overlooking the sea. There are distinct isolated corners everywhere. The staff is polite and helpful. The kitchen is great. The most suitable place for a family holiday. We were with a child of 9 months of age. We were 23 days old, we didn't get sick. Vegetables and meat were cooked separately for the child in the restaurant, they mixed it themselves in the room, the mixer was their own, and the child was fed. Everything is fine, we didn't get sick. The restaurant also had a mixer, they offered to cook. For the better - the kitchen, the territory, the beach. For the worse, we didn't see anything bad. We lived in a bungalow, comfortably, quietly, calmly, comfortably, but in November it was already cool at night. Beer and drinks were brought to the room every day.

We had a rest in May. We arrived late, the check-in was quick. We booked a club room, but they put us in the building. The room is on the 1st floor near the elevator, overlooking the utility block and bushes. In the morning, the procession began along the corridor, at first the cleaner rumbled rolling his gurney, which had to wake up, then the running and trampling of the guests. Unfortunately, there is no sound insulation. The welcome compliment from the hotel to the TOP guests brightened up the check-in, thanks to Anna. In the morning they asked for another room, they changed it to a bungalow, no problem. The room is certainly tired, but it is closer to the sea and infrastructure. There is also no sound insulation((( The territory of the hotel is large, green, the beach is beautiful, there are enough sun beds. I don't eat badly enough, we really love Turkish sweets, but baklava suddenly disappeared for some unknown reason, which upset many tourists, everyone asked but...They did not wait( It's not far to the Belka center, we went for a walk. We also got to the amusement park, took a bus, stopped at Waikiki. I advise you to take a very nice walk and watch the show. The animation is excellent for the hotel! I'm not a big fan of it, but every night the shows are colorful and interesting. Thanks to the hotel for the rest.

In general, the hotel is not bad, but somewhat "tired". Old gym equipment in the gym and on the street, faded awnings on the beach, equipment in outdoor cafes needs to be updated. Very bad coffee machines, you can't drink coffee. The choice of fish is meager. But the hotel is large, green, and the staff responds very quickly to all questions and requests. So, let's start ... we rested at this hotel from September 13 to September 25, 2023. 1. Meeting at the airport and transfer to the hotel. I usually pack two bags and arrange things in such a way that the clothes are in one and the other bag. I take one bag to the salon, I put the other one in the luggage. I do this so that if the luggage gets lost, there was something to wear at first. I did it this time too. The check-in and baggage check-out (of ours) was quick and lossless. We found our tour operator and he directed us to our bus. We waited 2 hours for the bus to leave for the hotel, because 3 families lost their luggage. 2. Currency. The currency in Turkey is the lira, but it's not for me to tell you about it. We decided to exchange euros for lira. They changed it at the airport. The course is normal, without commission (this is very important. Therefore, be sure to clarify this point). But as they later realized, the Turks are not interested in lira. They don't like this currency and are very reluctant to take it. Everywhere (shops, taxis, groceries, excursions, etc.) accept euros and dollars. So don't waste time on the change. 3. The hotel. Placement. Food. Since we arrived in the evening, we were accommodated immediately and without any problems. The room is large. The disadvantage is that the ventilation works poorly in the toilet, so I had to keep it on even at night. Cleaning was done every day (in the morning there was already a knock on the room). Food. There are a lot of reviews about the food at the hotel this year. So that's it...There is a lot of food and it is varied. For breakfast there were several types of omelets, pancakes, porridges (semolina and oatmeal), pancakes, waffle flakes, sweets, fruits (orange, grapefruit, watermelon, apples, pears, grapes) and much more. For lunch-2 types of soup, pasta of different types, potatoes, meat, nuggets, sausages, chicken, fruits and sweets. For dinner we ate meat (chicken, lamb, beef, quail, turkey, beef tongue), fish (mackerel, herring, bream and other types), mussels, tuna, anchovies, various types of side dish. The food is very varied. The children have something to feed. Alcohol. Local spirits, I can't say they're good. The beer is very tasty, you can drink a lot without consequences. 4. The beach. The beach is big. Sand. Clean without debris and algae. The sea was calm and very warm. The child did not get out of the water. The sun beds had to be occupied in advance in the morning, since everything was occupied by 10. 5. Animation For children: there is a children's area with animators. There you can sculpt, draw, play with toys, swim in the pool, swing on a swing, play ball and much more. There is a living area. You can feed goose and rabbits in it. On the territory you can meet a turtle and a curious hedgehog. In the evening there is a children's disco. There is also a whole bunch of entertainment and games for older children and adults. In the evening, the winning participants were awarded diplomas. Animation in the evening. Every evening there are performances by different groups (dancing, acrobats, clowns, etc.). 6. Pegas tour operator. That's who I was disappointed with, so it was the manager and the excursions. The manager of this hotel is Yehia Mohamed. His motto is "to stick it in." We took 2 excursions (Antalya and Green Canyon) and a trip to land of legends. The tour is boring, the guide can't really tell you anything about the story. Everything is compressed and completely uninteresting. All this is saved by the views, the beauty of nature. But the most unpleasant thing was the trip to the shops. The manager was asked to explain how to go shopping in the city and where it is better. Our much respected manager did not listen to us and said that he would organize everything. We were delighted...but in vain. On the appointed day, a Mercedes arrives and takes us...on a shopping trip to the fur coat store, where we were the only customers. Refusing to get out of the car and explaining that we were not interested and wanted to go to the mall, we were rudely answered, "if so, we are taking you back to the hotel." We spent 1.5 hours traveling in two directions and a spoiled mood. This is just a nightmare and rudeness! Be more careful and thoughtful in this regard than we are.

Hello there. We stayed at the hotel as a couple from 04/21/2013 to 04/27/2013. The hotel was chosen based on reviews and advice from knowledgeable people from the tourism industry. We flew by Pegasus, took Turkish Airlines. The flight is 3 hours and 50 minutes. The plane is 70% full. We arrived at the hotel at 3.00 and immediately checked in. Number 3112. Good location, everything is nearby, a football field, a playground, slides, a pool bar, a restaurant 150 meters away. The house is in the shade, it was even cool, but very comfortable. They gave out golden bracelets, which means that we have a letter of recommendation from TOPHOTELS. There were certain privileges (bathrobes were given in the room, a bottle of wine and fruit). A day later, we decided to walk to the guide. We came up, told him that we wanted to check in and leave, because we were not interested in excursions and purchases. In response, I am working, I am busy, now I will have a short conversation, then I will mark everything ... as a result, they listened to the same thing again for 30 minutes, I even got up and left. Excursions, shopping... he needs to make money from us tourists. All the same is available in small travel agencies. The territory of the hotel is small. There are 3 pools. One adult, one for children with slides and one for toddlers. The water is not heated. Next to the large pool there are darts. I liked the beach and the sea. There are many sun beds on the beach. We swam in the sea, +19 degrees. The beach is a small pebble with sand. If you look at the sea, there are individual tents on the right. There is a volleyball court on the beach. You can play bocce. Food. Nothing supernatural... Ordinary normal food, like in hotels of this level. For lunch and dinner, good wine (we drank white), delicious beer (Tuborg). There is a small cafe near the beach, they give ice cream in it from 12.00 and a woman bakes incredibly delicious tortillas with meat and cheese… There is also a beach bar with beer and drinks nearby. Imported alcohol is served in the lobby (Ballantine's whiskey, absolut vodka, Aperol, Bacardi rum... etc.). The bartenders are friendly everywhere, smiling, observing the order of the queue, regardless of who you are by nationality. There is a nice bar by the pool with a variety of locally produced drinks and green brand vodka. The minibar is replenished daily. 2 mineral waters, Cola and sprite, 2 juices. Bottled water is given in unlimited quantities. Cleaning is so-so, towels are changed, linen is made every day. The hair on the floor was lying around and remained somehow noticed. Maybe they sweep or wash it every other day. Perhaps because of this, the score will be slightly below 5. Beach towels are changed next to the pool throughout the day. For the loss of a card or towel, a fine of 10 euros. The hotel was mostly Russian. Well, some English speakers, Germans, Turks. There is no bad or biased attitude towards Russians in this hotel, well, or we did not notice it. The overall impression of the hotel is good. For unassuming tourists, it will be in 4++. Well, those who are used to VIP holidays, go to other hotels at a different price. Have a good rest, everyone.
