On the last day of arrival, the ENTIRE hotel ran out of champagne. The day before, white wine ran out on the beach, and it never arrived. That is, logistics and supply are at the bottom. And how this can happen in a premium hotel - I have no explanation. The menu is not updated anywhere AT ALL. No themed dinners for you, nothing is updated, well, really, really. Although there is nothing complicated about it. The pools are not heated, they say that they are turned on only in November. Mo-lod-tsy! There are no hooks in the bathroom. The water drain in the shower does not work well (it is not cleaned). And the shape of the room is thoughtless. Recreation area (pool-sun beds-bar) for 18+, that is, without children, without water heating - 30€ per person. For what?... Definitely a unit.
