The situation was very specific — during the morning milking, the Farmer milking machine failed (the engine burned out, and he was only half a year old from the purchase), as usual, quite unexpectedly and at a bad time.
While the milking was finished in half, the contacts of this company were found in the afternoon, they contacted the manager and explained the situation that the new device was needed by evening milking, but the working day was already nearing the end and the hope for delivery today was fading by the minute.
And here's about our boundless gratitude to Alexander: The man did not just listen, but heard our problem, after a while he called back personally, we briefly discussed once again what we need and how urgently. Despite the considerable distance from Bobruisk to Gomel and bypassing the fact that the working day was already over, despite the difficult weather conditions that day, by 22.00 the new milking machine "Melasty" was on our farm.
It's only been a few days since the events, but now I can say with confidence that this device is worth the money, everything previous that I've ever used is absolutely nothing compared.

We also contacted the company "Belexalto LLC" in Bobruisk. We purchased a Turkish-made milking machine "Melasty". We got on the phone with Alexander . Upon arrival, Alexander met us. He explained everything to us , showed us and advised us about spare parts in the future .A very nice girl met us at the office. I quickly completed all the documents . It is clear that people can and want to work . It's great that there are such professionals in Bobruisk
In our difficult times, it is rare to meet people who keep their word given earlier. The seller promised verbally to deliver the products on time. But for reasons beyond his control, the product got stuck in the shipping company. After clarifying this incident, the seller brought another exactly the same copy on his own transport. The costs associated with the transport company were assumed. In my opinion, it is expensive. This is how an organization should value each client, regardless of the cost of the contract.
