Not all pharmacists are competent. Some workers should improve their knowledge and not make fools of people. I've faced rudeness myself and seen it from the outside. In terms of medicines, not everything is available, even the most banal drugs. I prefer to buy in the city. There, in most cases, the work is pleasant. In this pharmacy, only out of desperation. An older woman would be advised to remember ethics and deontology. But, I want to note, there are also pleasant employees.Many thanks to them for their politeness and culture of communication
