Isn't it too difficult to make the overdraft period as well as the validity period of the card, or vice versa, reduce the validity period of the card and adjust it to the overdraft??? OK, okay - I applied for an overdraft extension - everything was extended well, but somehow it came to payments- trouble again. There are not enough funds - the overdraft has been extended but is not active. Aah, yes, I went to the bank 2 times, spent my time to step on these rakes again - the collective farm approach and the bank.
I had an overdraft card with a certain amount on the card. I wasn't happy that I started using it myself. The interest on it was high . My card was already running out and I didn't pay her anything. But the amount that I had to put on the card to cover the interest tormented me. It got to the point that I came to the bank myself and demanded to see my account . To make sure that I paid everything and demanded to break the card in front of me. Only then did I calm down and leave.

Specialists certainly know how to perform operations. But working with a client is disgusting. The conversation is conducted with cashiers only in raised tones.
They work as if they are owed everything, hide information about products, behave towards the customer like a supervisory authority. I'm talking about female specialists, the guy working in the department has not noticed any negativity.
