The bank itself is good. Polite staff. Everything is convenient inside the compartment. But it's terribly inconvenient that the queue is in the corridor and when the service takes place at the first checkout, people are sitting half a meter away from you and "breathing down your back"

One window is open in the evenings, huge queues, and a low level of professionalism of the staff. The time spent in the bank is 45 minutes for 5 people in the queue. It doesn't take a year for a bank
