I want to leave my feedback about the work of an employee of the Belgazprombank bank at Mogilev, Mironova Street , 4 ! I applied to the bank on September 18, 2024 in order to issue a purchase card. I was served by Maria Alexandrovna Osipova. At first, the service was normal, although I would not say that she was very friendly and smiling with me. Then, after we issued the card, I asked her to help me figure out the app on my phone. She helped me very tactlessly, told me in a harsh way what I was doing!! Where I go! Please note that I log in to my personal phone! Then, abruptly and disrespectfully, she also made a remark to me and began to tell me that I was doing something quickly on the phone and she did not have time to follow! Then she repeated it again a little later. She didn 't start shouting what am I doing !! I'm allegedly pressing the wrong button on my phone, although this can be said more politely and tactfully!!! I left there extremely upset, the mood was ruined! The service of this employee offended me extremely, I even regret that I issued the card, after that I don't even want to be a customer of your bank! I made a remark to her to be more friendly with me, in response she did not say sorry, but just said okay!! Most likely, I will hand over my card back and will never use the services of this bank again

For the simplest question, they were sent to the wrong window, where they only lost time waiting for their turn. From there, they were redirected to other specialists with an unclear waiting time for their turn.
Well, one working cash register in the middle of the working day, and a couple of "live" specialists in the hall for the entire department - this is unlikely to surprise anyone, I suppose.
As a result, the issue was not resolved, but only lost time.
A long-time customer of this bank. I like. The girls are great, you can immediately see the people in their place. For any questions, no problem. Personally, I like it!!!
Not all operators are polite to the customer. They are especially rude when exchanging currencies, especially when the exchange rate changes while you are in the exchange booth.
The service is at a low level. They do not provide accurate information. And if you made a mistake, then there are no words of apology and they pretend that you messed up. They do not work on Saturdays, which is very inconvenient for people who do not live in Mogilev or work on weekdays.
