I was at this bank to receive a SHOPPING CARD. I ordered the card online. I came on Saturday, took the ticket and in 7 minutes I was already with a specialist. The specialist (Svetlana Georgievna) just perfectly told everything and not only about the card, but also about loans and about the mobile application. Everything is decent and clean inside. The bank is located in the very center of the city and there is a transport stop 50 meters away. A SHOPPING CARD is an extremely convenient thing if you don't have the money to buy goods right away. A terrible bank.
I bought tickets for $, everything went as it should be. The receipt arrived, and all the amounts came together. And 3 days later, 303.70 rubles were debited from my account, just like that, without notifications or suggestions. The answer was that it was a recalculation of the exchange rate. After 3 days??? It's a disgusting bank. When asked where the notifications, warnings, or something were, the answer surprised us, we don't have to. I'm handing over all the cards and closing all the accounts.
