For me, it is a good, reliable bank. The staff is very decent. There have been no questions, no complaints, no force majeure situations for several years of continuous cooperation.
The ATM didn't work on the weekend and that's it... Banks are closed and there is no way to just put money on the card. I think it's not respectable for a bank. And only here is an ATM located on the street in which you can put cash on the card.

There were certificates of PO on hand according to the same sample. They accepted it in one window, but a lady with a very smart look told me to redo it and gave me her copy. I just killed time. I don't recommend it.
