There are several terminals in the lobby. They work smartly. There are no queues. But on the street... God, what a drag. The one on the right of the entrance, on a day off, is able to assemble a queue of several dozen people and keep it until the evening. Each action is accompanied by a two-minute freeze. I don't like banknotes. The old ones have to be smoothed out and the new ones crumpled.
The biggest disadvantage is the bank's opening hours. It is not easy for a citizen working on a standard five-day working week schedule to get here. Otherwise, the usual bank

But the main disadvantage is that they have removed all the information kiosks in the city - they are only in the bank building itself. That is, to put money on the card, you have to drive through the whole city, which is extremely inconvenient and strange, given the status and size of the bank.
