The attitude towards customers is terrible . They wanted to carry out the operation through the cash register . They came 4 minutes before closing time and refused to accept it . The schedule is indicated until 18.00.
We have not updated information about the commission on swift transfers. They said they would spend some time checking the payment (for me it was the first bank that does this)
A very polite team, addressed the problem, solved the issue very quickly, the cards were restored within 30 minutes.
