We booked seats for 5 people by phone two days before arrival. We needed 2 double rooms and 1 single room. We were informed that we have access to one suite for two for 102rubles and three single rooms for 61 rubles. Upon arrival, we were told that the suite was occupied and offered to stay in 5 supposedly single rooms for 61rubles. Although everything indicates that these are double rooms, there is even a double bed. After checking the rooms, we went to the reception and were told that we were taking three rooms instead of five, since we could fit in. We were threatened with security guards, and the fact that it was allegedly forbidden to stay in such a room together. They didn't say where or by whom it was forbidden. All the keys in the housekeeper are in place, there are no people on the floor. In short, the reception is making money. The devils. There is no kettle, the cooler gives out lukewarm water. Some rooms smell of cigarette smoke. We were here on January 5-6, 2025.

I'm almost thrilled. We ordered a double standard with one bed, so it turns out that this is considered a suite here. And for only 3,000 Russian rubles, we lived in a two-room room with two bathrooms! However, there was no shampoo and there is no overhead lighting in the bedroom, only bedside lamps, it is not always convenient. And the big minus is the location, about in the middle of nowhere, just a taxi. And no shops around.

The price-quality ratio is simply wonderful, a large room (8m2 is indicated on the island) of 15 meters, its own shower / toilet, air conditioning, comfortable bed. At a price lower than most of the housing in Minsk, although 55 km to the MKAD, but on a good highway. There is a BELAZ factory nearby, you can go on an excursion. There is a cafe and a dining room nearby. However, the canteen does not work on weekends, and the cafe does not work in the open.

Thank you so much for having such a hotel. My family and I stayed there. The rooms are not that good . But in general , the most gorgeous ! Furniture. It 's all new ! Plumbing is generally cool ! The corridors are wide . The floors are quiet . At the hotel . There is also a dining room . The women who work there seem to have known them for 100 years . Responsive . Cons: it is impossible to have dinner after 19.00 - the dining room is closed, and the nearest store is in a neighboring town. There's a lot of curly hair in the bathroom from a previous tenant. For two nights of stay - one bag of shampoo. A raw foot towel was lifted from the floor during cleaning and hung on the dryer, on which I planned to dry a face towel) Considering the price tag, all these quibbles are insignificant, I recommend it to all business travelers to Belji / BelAZ and tourists.

The rooms are spacious, the bed is large, the shower room is spacious (the only thing is that the shower cabins are not of high quality - they flow). Downstairs there is a dining room, although not included in the price, but reasonably reasonable prices and delicious. Parking on the territory is spacious, there is a place for physical education - horizontal bars, bars (thin pipes, too flexible), etc.
The staff is responsive. I stop often, all the time. While there is no alternative in terms of price and quality of services.

We rented a suite from Saturday to Sunday.In principle, the room is not bad. Large living room with sofa, TV, refrigerator, separate toilet, kettle and cups. The bedroom has a large bed. Toilet with bathtub, bede and two sinks, Towels, shampoo, shower gel, soap. But there are also disadvantages for which I took one star: the water was cool (they said it was necessary to drain more, they rarely take lux), a hair dryer (on request), there is no air freshener. the cafe did not work (if they had known earlier, they would have bought at least coffee/tea in the morning). The staff is very polite!!! It's a nice thing to spend the night for 2-3 days!!! P.S. I would add slippers to the room (the bathroom floor is very cold) and a shoe horn.

A great new hotel, there is even an elevator. The room has a TV, refrigerator, wi-fi, everything is clean and new. There is a water cooler in the hallway. Breakfast from 7 a.m., inexpensive, delicious. For some, the disadvantage may be the remoteness from the main m1 (e30) highway, it is located between the cities of Borisov and Zhodino on the territory of a car assembly plant. Check-in through the factory checkpoint. But there are no problems with arrival. In terms of price-quality ratio, it is just an ideal option. We paid 66 bel. rubles for a double room.
