We visited around 16 o'clock on Sunday, an hour before closing, in order to inspect the X50, but after wandering around the salon for about 5 minutes, the staff did not show interest, we had to quietly leave the room and not distract managers from viewing posts on social networks. It's a pity, because we came from another city.
The car dealership itself, as well as the staff working here, are at a very good level. Polite, attentive attitude, respect the agreements reached. We are always ready to help, answer questions, go to a meeting.
But their partners let them down (I'm not lowering the rating for the car dealership, but I'll just describe it):
- Casco. There are no insurance conditions. They haven't been able to bring it for two weeks (allegedly). It is clear that you can view it on the site. But such a naive attempt not to show the real state of affairs is very touching.
- A loan. When there is an advertisement of 5.5% everywhere, upon arrival it turns out that the minimum rate is 6.75%. It is clear that it is also preferential, but why lie so blatantly in advertising?
- Belarusbank. Oh, it's a separate song. The income statement for 12 months is not suitable - it is necessary to redo it in 3 months. So what if 3 are already included in these 12. It's not supposed to. The process of concluding a contract takes 2.5 hours. Sometimes it doesn't work, sometimes it doesn't print, then the font is small, then something else.
- A trader, supposedly on the market. They offered 4.5 k for the old one, sold it for 6k. Decide for yourself how much it is on the market :)
- There is no pre-sale preparation. The rear tunnel was removed from the latches (yes, he latched it himself). When I left the salon and went to the gas station, there was a knock from behind. Yes, I went to the service, they explained that the brakes will wear off over time (though it has passed). But is this what you expect from a new car?
I repeat, all the negativity was brought not by the salon itself, but by the partners with whom they are forced to cooperate.

I stopped by with my wife when we were picking up a new car. Previously, we bought a new Nissan in the Avtonov salon. We went into the Gili car dealership, the managers are sitting, zero attention is paid to us, they looked at the car themselves inside the car dealership, asked to see the model we were interested in, it was standing outside the building, the manager got up from his chair, stretched out his hand with the car key towards the window - and said he opened it, go look. As a result, we walked around the car, sat in it, and went to another salon.... In a car dealership of another brand, the manager showed everything, told us, and gave us a test drive… Well, somehow....
I didn't like the attitude towards customers at the root! You hand over the car and ask how much the repair will cost approximately - in response, 50 rubles for diagnostics and wiring from 100 rubles to infinity.... As a result, they kept the car for 2 days ... On the second day, I tried for an hour to find out the results of the repair - the administrator pickled me with promises that they would call me back as soon as she found a repair master, otherwise he went to the remzone ... (as I understood it, no one lets the administrator in there ...)))) After 3 hours, after all, after 5 or 6 calls, they said that the car was in the belt and they were doing it, and an hour later they said to pick it up... upon arrival, it turned out that they had done nothing... and the mistake burned and burns - they spread their hands and said we don't know... as a recommendation, replace the transfer case solenoid... that is, they begin to sort out the components of the car for replacement until it works like in garages... And this is an official Nissan dealer!!! A disgrace, not a service...
If you come and you have money sticking out of your pocket to buy, then you will be "licked" and promised mountains of gold. If the purchase is for the future, then be prepared that you are nobody and there is no way to call you, there is no understanding of deadlines, priority and how the staff should work. During the conversation, it was not possible to get to the car test drive, then the car is busy, then the manager, then holidays, then weekends. I really want to support the region in which you live and invest your money in the development of local business, but the desire disappears completely after long conversations with managers, who ended up answering almost directly that I would buy from them anyway or not. Good luck, we'll buy it in neighboring regions, because you already have a lot of buyers, but this is now, what will happen in the future when you get a little bit of competition.
A good dealership, in my opinion. Competent and trained staff. A cup of coffee or tea is offered from the doorway. Which is very pleasant, especially in the cold season.
We chose the Geely Atlas Pro model, studied the market for a long time and found out that this model is much cheaper in Belarus than in Moscow. We called this dealer center in Gomel, Dmitry, a specialist, consulted us, and he conducted the transaction to the end. We indicated that we want to make a purchase within a week, indicated the desired color and configuration. The manager contacted the factory and, to our delight, the car was brought to the salon within a few days, additional equipment was also made at our choice and a deal date was set for Saturday. I was surprised by such a service, since it is not often found in Moscow. Within a week from the moment of our call, everything was prepared for us, we only needed to come to Gomel. Since we indicated that we were coming only to buy a car, all the documents for the purchase of a car, a hard hat, etc. were prepared for our arrival, we only had to sign and deposit the agreed amount. And I was also pleased with the attention to detail, our swallow was waiting for us in the salon with a blue bow. We are very pleased with the result and the level of service. Thanks to Dmitry for the high level and quality of the work done.
At 18.59, the manager closes the door in front of his nose even with a request to show the car for two minutes with the phrase "there are many of you and I am one ".
Classic Belarusian service that doesn 't exist
I really liked the attitude of the staff and their competence, they talked about the car in an accessible way, conducted a test drive. The only thing is the high price of a car, I would like Geely to launch something budget-friendly.
We bought a new CoolRay in March 2022. I really liked the attitude of the salon staff to customers. Special thanks to the manager Irina. A wonderful car dealership, staff service is excellent. I was pleased that the car is sold at the price indicated in the price list. No one imposes unnecessary extras. I wanted to buy a GEELY COOLRAY, they said to wait two weeks for one basalt-colored car, I refused, then there was silence at all, the manager said that in December cars would be more expensive by 1000, by mid-December there was silence at all (although there were new cars in the cabin). They explained to me that this is an order from Minsk (one) and the rest are in the top configuration. In short, I understand that in the Gomel salon they sell what they don't take in Minsk and present it in such a way that you have to grab what they give, kiss the sellers' hands and run home satisfied with what you have. We bought a car. Employees behave differently towards potential customers. At first, a pleasant and sociable manager worked with us, but the situation was different on another day. At first they promised to take the organization to the bank by car, because we were on foot, and then they refused, although it was raining. Well, there are many such little things, first one way, then another. Overall, the review is not bad about the dealer.
Thank you very much to Manager Victor!!! Very competent support for the purchase of a car, and the delivery of an old car to a trade-in. Overall a pleasant atmosphere and staff.

Another one of Sharashkin's offices. I wanted to buy a new car from them and at the same time give them their old Geely Emgrand x7 2014 (rotten as a tin can) as a credit (trade in). As a result, after a long analysis of my car, I was offered 4800 units. although the average market price of my car was around 7000 units. (they wanted to "fuck" a person for 2000 units out of the blue. This, I think, is like spitting in the face of each potential buyer.
