You can write about them for a very long time and a lot. But in short, it seems that when you call there, they respond normally both in terms of price and timing. As soon as you hand over the devices there, something incomprehensible begins. Then the deadlines may not be met in advance, then the price is dancing there endlessly. For some types of devices, the price is as if you will launch these devices into space later. Unreasonable prices are absolutely nothing. For some types of devices, there is one person for the whole of Minsk, do you think this is normal?
Arriving there, you can spend both 5 minutes and several hours, it all depends on the employees how quickly they can do their job. It's even trivial to search for your device, which has already passed verification, testing, and so on. Even such moments sometimes happened.
1. The prices for verification and calibration are higher than the cost of the device that was purchased several years ago. The monopoly of this organization, even factories such as Integral and others must undergo verification of manufactured devices from them. (Are the young specialists of this organization more qualified than factory ones) Hence the cost of all our products and our lives ....... Wherever the relevant services look......
2. White. GIM technical specialists are not what they were before, much weaker, there is actually no one to solve issues with - therefore, as many write and burn devices, etc.
3. Queues for the delivery of appliances and receipt, as in Soviet times for bread. Recently, there has been an improvement, some shifts in delivery and issuance.
4. Terms of verification - the device is correct on 07/14/2024, the customer receives 07/31/2024. The period is 1 year from the date of verification of the device, - why not from the moment of receipt of the device???? - your money......
