We have issued a certificate.vehicle insurance is provided by one of the branches of this organization of Belgosstrakh, but in case of an accident (due to the fault of another participant), we turned to this branch to pay damages. After inspecting the car, the appraiser informed that the payment should be expected within 20 days.days , however , after this time , the payment still has not been received. When we re-contacted this branch, we were informed that the case had not yet been processed, they were waiting for a response from the leasing company (in which we purchased the car and always paid on time). In turn, when we contacted the leasing company, at what stage of the case (since we would like to make repairs on time, not to delay, especially in winter), it turned out that they sent a response request to this branch (because they incorrectly issued a request without specifying the amount of payment), in connection with which they are waiting for the corrected version. We also found out that this branch only 2 weeks later began to deal with our case and submit requests to the relevant authorities, which already entails improper execution, which led to non-fulfillment within the prescribed period. We contacted this branch again to inform them that the leasing company is waiting for a corrected request from them, but we received a response that they do not do this day in and day out, there really was a request for correction, but they only consider it within a week. It seems to me that competent employees themselves would try to sort out and correct the wrong document as soon as possible, or at least warn us about the delay, rather than shelve it.

Gomel. I've been thinking for 20 years whether to insure an apartment or not. One day, a specialist from Belgosstrakh called on the phone and offered to insure the property with payment in installments for six months. I refused, but nevertheless I remembered her words and finally decided. An employee from the insurance company came to work for me right away. We have drawn up a contract. I insured the apartment and the property. And everything is just in time. Flooded from above, ruined the stretch ceiling. I forgot I was insured. I called the masters according to the announcement, I did not take the checks. Then, remembering about the insurance, she waved her hand, but still decided to call back to Belgosstrakh to consult for the future. And I was satisfied! They helped and advised me. Then an employee from Belgosstrakh came to me . I showed photos of the damaged ceiling (I photographed the flood just in case) And I was compensated for the amount of the damaged ceiling. Because there were no checks, they paid the cost of materials, the amount is also not small (the main thing is to apply on time, on time). Thanks to the staff for their help and care!
