10 years of insurance under the "Standard" (then, as it turned out, no). In 2017, there was an operation (emergency) - everything was paid for. This year, they did not inform about the transfer to the "Friendly Family" and about changes in insurance claims. Bottom line: this year, there is an emergency operation again, and when contacted, they say that it is no longer an insured event. And before that, I had to travel back and forth around the city for a week with a sore leg to write a statement (although my colleagues are sitting in neighboring offices). A disgusting company: no customer orientation and no skilled workers. Termination of the contract and blocking in the phone so that you no longer hear the offers.
I have been taking out apartment insurance in Belgosstrakh for 5 years. This year, for the first time, an insured event occurred. On July 14, 2024, the apartment was flooded. It is very difficult to get through to the company, no one picks up the phone. We were able to get through only 3 days later - on July 17th. They said that the insurance agent could come only a month later on August 16. Today, on August 26, no one has come yet! Phone calls are either not answered or spoken - wait, they will contact you. This is my last insurance in Belgosstrakh. I do not advise anyone to insure themselves in this unreliable and irresponsible organization.
